Andrea slowly sat up and winced a bit feeling a slight burning in her neck. As she looked around she felt like something wasn't right. With a soft sigh and ran her fingers through her hair and whispered​ "what's wrong with me?"

Zahir lost all his joking air and became deadly serious "I don't know. But I'm going to find out...." His eyes shifted to a mix of silver and red as he walked into the bar with a completely​serious look in his eyes.


Nuka smirked and crossed his arms "oh really now?"
Kai twitched slightly before his orange eyes slid up to nukas face and electricity began to spark off his fingers.
Nuka chuckled softly and glanced at Kai "finally had to get a chain huh? Well I guess it was bound to happen. You are half dog anyway"

In a blur Kai had nuka pinned against a nearby tree by his throat. Kai barley had to work to hold his ex there and off the ground. Usually, Kai was one of the few level headed creatures, but nuka always got to him. No matter what Kai tried.


Vera jerked awake after a while and looked around as her mind tried to focus on what all had happened recently and where she was.

Eli hissed lowly, but didn't stop Kai. She felt his anger, and in the mere seconds of him standing there she didn't like him. "Hey if you want, I'll bite his head off for you. Inrather enjoy making heads roll... or burn.. or freeze..." her eyes lit up and turned into her dragon eyes. "Oh, and he may be part wolf... but he is all demon, venomous, powerful, and pretty ticked. I wouldn't push buttons you pethetic creature."

"Easy, all is well." Dallen said softly. He hadn't moved her, leaving her in his lap. "You seemed comfortable so I didn't wish to disturb."

Bryn was drying out a tankard when her looked up at the two, brow raised. "Oi, where have you been?"

Nuka smirked before he laughed a bit before his body became a black mist only for him to appear behind Eli only to shove her hard towards Kai who whirled around and caught her easily. He growled deeply only for nuka to smirk and vanish in the same black mist again. Kai shuddered a bit from his irritation and growled out "watch yourself around nuka......"


Vera blushed very lightly and slowly sat up mumbling ",I'm sorry" she yawned softly and rubbed her eyes a bit before she realized she STILL hadn't gotten off dallens lap. She slowly, and ungracefully​, slid off his lap and stood there stretching for a moment.


Zahir raised an eyebrow slowly. "seriously? With everything going on you never said if you were going to open the bloody bar.....where is she Bryn?"


Andrea walked into Bryn's bathroom and glanced at herself in the mirror and frowned. A good majority​of her burns were healed and she'd gotten most of her vision back in her eye but she was completely lost. With a flinch and gripped her head feeling like something was wrong now. With a shaky breath she stripped down and decided to get cleaned up and try to clear her mind

"Upstairs. Her brother put her back out when I had to remind her she got hurt.... only thing I told her however." He said with a sigh. "Before you bicker yes I know her not remembering is the best thing, but I figured it was better her getting the for warning from me before she looked in a mirror and flipped." He said, sliding two drinks down the bar.
Kara tilted her head as she looked at Bryn. He smelled different now, like ash and embers..." you're... different." She said softly, unable to place it.
Bryn sighed heavily and put the glass down. His herritige he had kept to himself, with the exceptions or Xander and Dallen. His friend knew he was half demon, but not what kind or how strong. "Aye lass... not for the better either. You got a glimpse of what I really am however." He said looking at Zee. "My mother came to town. And with who and what she is she fed that dormant side I've tried so hard to lock up... it makes it really hard to be in this town with it."

"You were completely alright. Guess you were attempting to get warm." He said quietly. His face looked different, instead of the emotionless expression, he looked solemn. The days events brought up old memories, some that hurt, and some he was ashamed of.

Eli growled lowly. "Dragons are fairly temperamental creatures, your anger wasn't helping my own... another reason I want to get to know you better... but next time please let me snap off that smug head."

Vera had glanced at dallen and frowned a bit before lightly running a hand through his hair. "Whatever has you so distraught.. relax. Things will get better in this life eventually" with a soft smile she completely pulled herself away from him and started walking towards the entrance to the cave.


Zahir didn't seem phased at all instead he just shrugged a bit then walked off to the back to get himself back into the right mindset to deal with his job. When zahir was himself he made people leave the bar uncomfortable. When he switched to his work personality he was completely different and often had to beat people out of the bar.



Andrea shook hard in the shower but she tried to ignore it. When she got out and dried off she suddenly felt uncomfortable here. With a towel around her she quietly slid back into Bryn's rooms to grab something to change into.


Kai growled deeply but otherwise stayed silent

"Not always... sometimes what's before you will continue to be so. Especially with what I am." He said softly.

Clothes were folded nicely on a chair in Bryns room with the jar of ointment and a note.

Here's some of the extra clothes and the ointment, that helps the burns get better. Rest and relax well. Be downstairs tending the bar. Your welcome to visit or stay till I'm done.

Kara sighed softly, looking down for a minute. "Wish he didn't do that."
"Aye, its better when he's actually happy with the job... but it keeps the rabble down." He said with a huff

"What happened?" She asked softly.

Vera chuckled softly and looked over her shoulder at him. "You're the one who keeps trying to get me to see things aren't always what you think. Besides if things would always be the same in your life, I wouldn't be here in it now would I?" With a smile she walked outside and looked up at the dark sky feeling oddly drained still. She slowly touched her neck where the scar that looked like a crack in a porcelain doll still remained. As she touched it there was a sharp pain in her chest as a reminder of what she really was.


Andrea frowned and got dressed quickly but for the first time in years, she didn't want to be in the bar. She walked out of the apartment and shut the door softly before leaving quickly. Her heart was racing as she walked away trying to figure out what had happened, and why she couldn't​ remember anything about a fire, or of what had been going on lately. The ring around her neck from Ryder had a very faint sulfur smell coming from it that Andrea couldn't ​smell as it began working on suppressing what she was again.

Sylvia stopped smiling and playing with one of her few humans she still had around and looked at the black ball in the air that had Andreas memories in it. It was pulsing slightly as was slowly turning red which made Andrea hiss before she snatched it out of the air and vanish.


As zahir walked back into the actual bar he looked like a totally different person. His eyes were a mix of silver and blue now and there was a warmth around him that usually wasn't ever there unless he was working. A few people glanced at him and suddenly smiled before they began ordering more beer.


With a deep rumble in his chest Kai growled out "that's a story for a different day when the sun's out and he's away" with a light touch on her shoulder Kai walked off towards the woods needing to clear his head.

Dallen chuckled half heartedly. "True, but you creatures have an ability my siblings, even myself, envy. Even my son, my spawn and the darkness itself could find what I longed for. A companion, and someone who isn't afraid of them." he sighed. He stood and followed her, eyes staring off into the distance. "You may be a vessel Vera, but you have the ability to choose even still. You've done a few regretful things, but you have a better chance at redeeming yourself and living a life. I can never pay for mine."

Bryns head snapped up and Kara saw a flash of flame in his eyes. "Kara pretend she hit her head."
"Huh? what is it?"
"Somethings up, act like she hit her head." he said lowly. Kara looked at him worried before moving towards her friend. "Andie! Hey!" she called, moving to her and giving her a hug. "I got so worried about you! Bryn and Zee said you hit your head, couldn't remember the accident. You ok? How's your head?" she asked, looking at her friend with soft eyes.

Eli huffed softly. "Hey, I have something in mind if you wanna work out the frustration than bottle it up. Involved great food and if we hurry we can catch it." she said.

Vera didn't talk for a while instead she just stood there with her hand on her new scar. As her hand dropped her eyes dulled slightly as she whispered ",I've done more than I can repay for dallen.". As her eyes moved to him there was a pain in them that she tried to hide from everyone. Without thinking she gently grabbed his hand as a part of her tried to ease both their pain, if only for a moment.

As darkness crept into​ Andreas eyes and three Kara hard away from her and into a group of others as she left the bar completely. The ring around her neck hissed softly as it worked a bit harder to suppress what she was. Andrea was twitching slightly wanting to get away from everything for a while before she hurried away running a hand through her hair. Her breathing was slightly off as as walked trying to figure out why things didn't make sense, and why everyone seemed to be different now.


Zahir had lost his smile watching Andrea throw Kara and rush out of the bar. A few of the others stood there angry now, whole others couldn't​help but laugh seeing Andrea snap.


Kai shook his head no, and once in the forest shifted into his true form. But he kept his wings folded and walked slowly focusing on the earth under his paws.

"Vera... please trust me. You can make up for it because that who you are, who you want to be..." he sighed softly and shook his head. "I see your fears, what you have done...know that they can still be repaid in time." he said softly.

Kara yelped, landing with a hard thunk.
The anger triggered Bryn a little, causing him to twitch, but his own temper wasn't helping. "Enough!" he snarled lowly, his eyes glowed red for a moment, but behind the bar his blackened spade tail appeared, making his swear in his head. "Damn it ALL." he muttered under his breath.

Xander opened his eyes and sighed heavily. "One moment to finally rest and the children go bonkers." he muttered before vanishing. He reappeared outside the bar, looking at Andie with a raised brow. "Young one I think you're causing a lot more drama than needs to be." he said softly. "Why the hostility in there?"
