nadezhda looked into the girl's eyes, as if challenging her to avert her glaze from the brown orbs that looks into her own. she then pressed the knife in a bit more, making a bit of blood dripple from the wound. she then stood and pulled the girl up by her shirt and forced the girl to stand in front of her. "i captured an invader from the sky, they crushed on of our villages and now we have one to make feel the pain of a village," she shouted in trigedasleng to her clanmates. two rushed forwards, grabbing the girl and forcing her towards the camp. "you, sky girl will cry at the pain of my revenge," she growled to the girl before she was pulled away. nadezhda then sheathed her knife and ran after her clanmates, following there lights to the village she resided in.

Octavia continued to glare at the other girl, not once moving her gaze. When the knife pressed against her throat a little harder, she held back a wince as she felt the blood trickle down her neck. She wouldn't give this girl the satisfaction of seeing her in pain. She continued to stare in to her brown eyes, not even looking away when she was pulled up to her feet by her shirt. Instead she used her now free hands to shove her away from her slightly, before attempting to wipe the trail of blood from her neck. Octavia flinched slightly when she was suddenly grabbed by two grounders, who said something to her that she did not understand at all. Did these people even speak English? Despite being dragged away to some village, Octavia kept a fixed glare on the girl. She finally looked away when one of the men holding her landed a firm punch to her cheek and part of her nose, knocking her to the ground. Blood rushed from her nose, it was most likely dislocated. Octavia stood back up, leaving the blood running down to her lips as she ran at the man, managing to get a light punch to the side of his head before she was kneed in the stomach and once again knocked to the ground. She was winded, but still tried to get back up. Before she could, she was grabbed again and pulled to her feet by two men before being dragged in to the village. Octavia looked around at the people of the village, but was surprised when they all seemed to be shouting abuse at her in whatever language they were speaking. A few spat in her face or threw rocks at her as she was dragged by. Octavia didn't even have the energy to try and get away now. She just looked at the ground and allowed herself to be dragged to who knows where, hoping Bellamy would find her soon.

nadezhda felt like laughing at the sight of such a pitiful human. but what could she expect, the girl was not from the twelve clans, she was weak and couldn't even fight back well enough to keep herself from getting hurt. yet somehow this girl seemed to have a spark and made her feel like she had a challenger, someone she would fight to the death with to gain power. she watched as the people yelled, spat, and threw rocks at her. she felt pity for the girl for getting herself dragged into this. "now we will get our revenge!" she yelled to her people, throwing her hand up in a fist as the girl was tied to a post. she heard the chanting. "jus drein jus daun!" they yelled. nadezhda would give the people what they wanted but first she would get information out of the girl. she walked up to her and in perfect english said, "give me your name, sky girl."

Octavia began to struggle once more when she realised that she was being tied to a post. What did they want with her? She hadn't done anything, heck no one even knew there were people on the ground. She couldn't help but think about her brother. Was he okay? Or had he been captured too? She stopped struggling when the grounders around her began chanting something. Then, the girl from before asked her what her name was in perfect English. "Oh, so you do speak English." Octavia said rather sarcastically, trying to free herself again. "Go float yourself," she then spat at the girl, glaring at her. Now that she knew they could understand English, she would keep silent. She wouldn't give up information easily, in the hopes of keeping her brother and the other people she cared about safe.

nadezhda watched as girl struggled and waited for her reply. what she didn't expect was to be spat on. she whipped the spit off of her face. the villagers laughed as she said the odd word "floated". she walked up to the girl and then stomped on her foot with much force. "for disrespecting a warrior," she growled then pulled out her knife. "last chance, give me your name or i'll show you real pain," she said. she heard the villagers behind her and could hear the sounds of swords be unsheathed and bows being drawn for good messure, showing what would happen if the girl disrespected nadezhda the head warrior again.

Octavia smirked at the grounder as she wiped the spit off her face, but bit her lip to hold back a wince as the girl stomped on her foot. When she released her lip, she felt the familiar feeling of blood. Whether it was from biting too hard on her lip, or her nose still bleeding from one of the earlier punches, she wasn't really sure. But she didn't have time to dwell on it, because once again, she was asked for her name. She smirked, taking no note of the warriors behind the girl drawing their weapons. "You first," she said. Rain began to pour from the sky, but Octavia didn't remove her gaze from the warrior before her, even if the water that soaked her hair and ran in to her eyes did cloud her vision slightly.

-- Yea, I guess Abby is technically old enough to be her mother, since Raven was 18? in s1, and I think Clarke was 17, so she was only a year older than her daughter :3 I just thought it was a cute pairing.

nadezhda smirked at the pain on the girl's face as she stomped on her foot then started to feel the rain soaking though her heavy clothing. she sighed and looked back at the crowd behind her as they girl once again challenged her. they screamed for her not to give her name but when a warrior was asked she would give a simple thing like her name. "nadezhda, the head warrior of the woods clan," she said, removing her mask to show her beautiful face, with a large scar from her bottom lip to her mid chin. the war paint on her face started to fade and drip down her neck. "now you," the women spat as her guards and clanmates tensed, ready to attack.

Octavia smirked as she was able to get a name from the warrior. Her smirk faded, however, when Nadezdha removed her mask. She wasn't really expecting the girl to be so.. beautiful? Octavia wasn't really sure what she was expecting, but she wasn't expecting that. She mentally shook herself from her thoughts, now thinking about whether or not to actually reveal her name. At this point, she had pissed them all off enough now, so she was as good as dead anyway. "Octavia." She simply answered. She was silent for a moment after, the only sound was the rain beating down on the ground. Her hair was starting to fall in her face, but while she was tied to a pole, she couldn't really move it out of the way. "Now why don't you tell me why you shot me with an arrow, tied me up, dragged me here and threw me up on a pole?" She then questioned, eyes narrowing at her once more. She wanted answers, and she was gonna get them one way or another.

nadezhda nodded as the girl said her name. she then heard her question. she looked her people. their eyes were hungry, they wanted the blood of this girl...octavia. they wanted the blood of the sky people, they wanted revenge for there families, clanmates, loved ones, their commander. "i brought you here because your people killed a village of my people," she growled then pulled her mask off of her neck. she then got in girl's face and said, "your people killed the commander of the twelve clans, my people want blood and that's why you are here." "we wanted answers and revenge," she said, her brown eyes on fire with emotion, grief, pity. she then heard a sound. "nadezhda, the conclave begins soon and they request your presence as well as the sky girl," a man called. "yes, jozsi. aria, gwythyr, get the horses," she called then turned back to octavia. "looks like you get to live another day," she said then walked off to become presentable for the conclave. "clean her up," she called back to a few men about octavia.

Octavia furrowed her brow in confusion. To her knowledge, they hadn't killed anyone. Unless it was the dropship as they landed? It had to be. Octavia sighed, once again she was paying for the Ark's mistakes. They had chosen the location to drop them off, it wasn't her fault that the location just so happened to be where a village was located. Then the warrior mentioned that she would get to live another day. "Lucky me." Octavia mumbled, watching Nadezhda walk off. A couple men then approached her, one of them pressing a cloth to the wound on her neck from Nadezhda's knife earlier. Octavia leaned her head back, then quickly brought it forwards. Her forehead connected with the man's nose, and she heard an instant crack, telling her that it was broken. Octavia looked between the two men, pure anger in her eyes. "Don't touch me." She warned, glaring at the second man as he walked off to where Nadezhda had gone. "Nadezhda! She refuses!" He called to the lead warrior in trigedasleng. Octavia was not going to make this easy for them.
