Bitting back the cry of pain that formed on her lips as she felt the teeth sink into her arm, Amber, using her free hand drove the dagger blade deep into his shoulder. Then the next thing she felt was herself flying across the clearing and then a sharp pain as she hit a tree trunk with a loud 'thud' before sliding to the ground.

[NinjaKat]

The Overlord yowled and pulled out the dagger from his shoulder. Growling he advanced on her. "You puny waste of time! No wonder you were the weaker and more useless one of my children."

[sheepy.]

Amber fought back the blacking of her vision and very slowly and painfully got to her feet, "what do you mean?" She asked not quite grasping what he had just said.

[NinjaKat]

The Overlord growled and snapped. "You think you were my only child?! I'm millions of years old...... I have had other woman. And you have a step brother.... Though he is as weak minded as you, but not as much."

[sheepy.]

Amber put her hand on the tree trunk for support, "i don't care." she spat at him.

The Overlord smiled. "Good because you won't be around to know anything about him." He was suddenly launched in the air slightly by the moving of earth.

Topaz panted as he leaned on Koda's shoulder. "No one touches Amber."

[sheepy.]

(My hero!.....was it Taylor?)

Amber looked at Topaz, astonishment written on her face.

(I think so)

The Overlord growled popping back down without any injuries. "You little!" He advanced on Koda and Topaz. Raising his claws he went to strike Koda pulled them both to the side.

Topaz groaned as he was pulled sideways. He hurt so bad. He couldn't even walk.

Amber watched wanting to help, but with her arm like this and weapon less there was really nothing for her to do that would work. But she had to do something, Topaz was in trouble and so was Koda. She did the only thing that came to her mind, she picked up a nice sized rock and threw it at her father, hitting him on the head, "Hey! You were fighting me!" She shouted at him.

The Overlord turned with a snarl and advanced towards her. "You're right once I'm done with you I'll kill him."

Tyler watched from the distance. Should he come in now and help his father or wait? Why was he even fighting these strangers? Tyler knew his dad had taken the blonde haired one because he was attacked by him by why did he want to fight the girl? He hadn't heard any of their conversation.
