(Any idea what I should write here. Emotional situations aren't my strong point at the best of times. Tell me if I'm going wrong please.)

Thor stared at his distraught brother in confusion for a second, he had battled Kurse sent by Loki and Malekith and Loki was he admitted a skilled warrior who should have had no trouble so this was weird. "What is the matter brother? Would you have preferred if I had stopped everything I was doing to save you brother because past experiences don't give me a clear picture of what it is you expect from me brother."

[Darkanra]

"I... Nevermind. Just.. forget it."
The knives disappeared and Loki's eyes hardened, face becoming emotionless again as if he were replacing a mask.
"Come on. I have an elf to crush."
He started walking towards the tiny figure in the distance, before his image rippled, replaced by a lithe, spotted Midgardian creature; a cheetah.

Thor tilted his head in confusion before striding after the Loki-cheetah, after Malekith. He'll deal with Loki's...pain later when the end of the world wasn't imminent; he was his brother, nobody needed to hurt him mentally. As he walked, he swung Mjolnir around in a figure of eight, clouds responding with flashes of lightning. He had an elf to destroy.

Kurse 4 and 5 were labourously swinging axes at the wall, each powerful swipe creating huge dents in the wall. Slowly, the red glow brightened.

The cheetah broke into a slow lope, building up speed, before he accelerated. He shot off at 69mph, leaving a cloud of slightly green dust behind him.

Malekith's eyes slid to the corner of his vision, watching two figures closing in on him. His Kurse would probably uncover the Aether before they got here, but just in case, he gestured to a couple more Kurse behind him.

Kurse 6 +7 lumbered to their feet eagerly and thundered towards the cheetah and man. They killed their brothers; they must pay.

Thor broke into a run after the cheetah, he wasn't going to catch up but wandering seemed stupid and pointless.

Kurse 4+5 continued to hit the wall, Arthur tendrils were now in show.

Loki panted, slowing to a trot. He didn't know why he used a Cheetah, another animal would have sufficed and he wouldn't have run out of steam so quickly. However, it had fit his mood.
The cheetah morphed back into Loki's humanoid form, and he stood there and waited for Thor, keeping a wary eye on the approaching Kurse.

Malekith smiled. He could feel the Aether's power. Soon, it would be his.

(Aether tendrils!)

Thor jogged the last hundred meters before stopping beside his brother. "So, brother." He questioned, carefully keeping his voice steady, "We going to work together to kick Malekith off the face of the universe... And out of this awesome time loop I made."

Kurse 6+ 7 got closer to the now motionless figures and drew their battle axes from the sheaths on their backs.

((I did some research on what Loki can do. Prepare to be amazed.))

Loki rolled his eyes.
"Fine. And Thor? Not everything is about you."

(Sounds great! I haven't looked up Loki but Captain America, not my favourite at all but still, has pretty awesome powers too.)
"Yes it is." Thor shot back. After a brief grin he started spinning Mjolnir with more might, preparing for the oncoming Kurse.

The Kurse gathered momentum and started approaching faster, lollopping along with the grace of a stampeding mammoth.

Loki gestured slightly, and one of the Kurse suddenly turned and swiped at the other with it's axe.
The God of Mischief smirked.
"No it isn't."
