Alex:
I squeeze his hand, "There are a few males in the pack that are scared of storms because of their past." I say. I didn't like the description of River and I said softly, "Perhaps if you stop talking about her it wont so bad." I didn't want to hurt his feelings but I truly didn't want to hear anymore. "Just look like an alpha your self when you meet them." I say.

[Grengirl]

"But I need to be prepared to fight if she comes back again." He whined. "Death didn't stop her before she came back. I want this time to be different.. The ones who came, they said she would stay gone but.. She might just be too evil to die permantly." He could do the rest act his part. "I can act my role but if she comes back again you have nonifea how bad that would be Alex." Landon shuddered pulling closer to Alex. No one would be safe not him and certainly no one around him. "Is that it?" He thought he could make out the outline of a log house in the heavy rain and forming ground fog.

Alex:
A chill was sent through me as he kept talking about her. Hopefully this would take his mind off of it. Giving a nod I squeeze his hand tightly before letting go. It was two story with a wrap around porch, "Come on." I say and head up the worn trail to the door. Rusted bolts held it in place and I knocked lightly hoping a higher rank would answer. I stood giving a few glances at Landon till the door finally opened to reveal my growling brother. He taller then the both of us and his brown hair had grown causing the bangs to fall I into his steel gray eyes. Eyes trained on me he then looked at Landon and growled louder scenting the fear on the male.

Between the storm and the unknown inside Landon was of course still unsettled and smelling of fear when the door was opened by a large growling male who had not identified himself. At least this wolf seemed to know Alex as the growl had softened on making contact with Alex only to harshen when focusing on himself. Landon pushed Alex back his upperlip curling and a growl rumbling within him. "I have come to return what was lost and seek shelter for us both from the weather. I won't have him sick once more!" Braving to attempt to puch the larger male aside and gain entry for himself and Alex. "My duty to the young Alpha is not yet compleete. Now MOVE ASIDE!" Usung a similar voice to the one he had used in the gang members but the hard glare was not as solid. Landon on gaining entry shook his red hair so it would splash the male in the face on purpose.

Alex:
Now he had done it...that large male had happened to be my brother. I stood back quickly as Randal took Landon by the front of the shirt, "Listen here, punk." he growled. "You will not treat the son of the alpha this way. If I find out you so much as hurt my little brother the birds will be picking you clean." Pushing Landon back my brother grabbed my shirt next and looked at my closely, "Your lucky he doesn't seem hurt." With that he walks off to the kitchen. Straightening out my shirt I look at Landon, "Perhaps you shouldn't do that to other males that are larger to you, especially if their kin to me." I say, "Are you ok?" I then ask. Randal actually went pretty easy on him considering everything, "At least he didn't hurt you." I say.

[Grengirl]

"I did tell you I'm used to others fearing me right?" He smirked but lost it quickly as thunder shook the building and blue light flooded it in the same second. "I still wish the storm would move on." Shaking out once more before adjusting his sling. "If he had bothered to introduce himself I might, might have been more polite." Confidance. Leadership. Was that not what he was supposed to show? So what if he overcompensated a little it was obvious right now that he was at a physical disadvantage. Not very honerable to beat the snot outta a guy that returned a alpha and might have been injured doing so. ".. is there gonna be food? It is late but nfithervof us ate and you should really eat." Turning his serious eyes back on to Alex.

Alex-
I smirk a little back till thunder hits. Running his shoulder quickly I then say, "My brother isn't use to having to introduce himself, he expects respect." I say, "Also we probably won't eat till later tonight. But I'm fine." I then lead him up the stairs. Randal came back from the kitchen and pushed past me then led us to dad's office. He knocked on the door and waited. As we waited he started to pick on me and we got into a bit of a wrestle till he twisted my injured arm a certain way making me help in pain and surprise.

The old Alpha was not in much of a mood for foolishness the sounds if scuffling young warriors outside his office door did not improve his mood.

Landon let himself be lead around but made sure to stand tall around the other male. This faltered some with the storm but it seemed to go unnoticed. Knowing that Alwx and Randall were siblings he didnot outriggt object to the rough play and only glared dissaproval until he heard Alex yelp in pain while seeing Randall had taken hold of Alex's still healing arm. A loud growl escaped him and he stepped between pushing Randall off with his own good arm. "Enough! Reppening the wound will serve no good purpose." Eyes hard he stood between the brothers as the office door opened.

"Enough is right stranger." The old Alpha stood near Randals height and outweighed Landon too. A loner are you? You seem to have found my lost pup." His gaze was steele and tone hard. The redpelt looked uncertain." Alex, in here. You two stay out, and no more noise from you." Once Alex was in he slammed the door behind and sat in his chair.

Landon was left blinking up at Randall. "Anything to drink then?" He decided to ask. Maybe he could be friendly with the brother?

Alex-
Randal had realized what he had done before Landon pushed him off. Rubbing at my arm I watch my brother just nod and send me a sorry glance. I jumped as the door opened and my father came out. Dipping my head some I then follow him on. Sitting down in a chair I look down at my lap unable to meet his gaze. Not sure if I should say something I straighten up my posture though my arm was sore now.

Randall just stood there looking at the door in dissapointment that he was also not allowed to enter the office with his father and brother. As Landon talked his eye flicked to the male and a soft growl erupted from him, "What relation do you have to my younger brother?" He asks with a better tone then when they met. He had heard Landon's question but he wanted his own answered first.

[Grengirl]

"I found him. I cared for him best I know. I'm a fighter not a healer so I ended up swearing a oath to protect him. I have no intenteions of breaking my oath. So can we drink now?" Landon's voice was calm but remained hard until he came back to the question of drink. A human poison that numbed the nerves and senses but did let one relax in company they might otherwise have trouble relaxing around. Randall to him seemed like he might enjoy the beveradge in the company of his peers so potentially giving him a friendly in with the larger male. All he had to do was keep his deeper feelings for Alex from surfacing he was sure he could do that. (He probably won't depending on how much he drinks with Randall)


Inside the office the old alpha looked over his son carefully assesingbthe injuries and how well they had healed. "Explain yourself Alex." Was his only command when the exam was finished.
