"'Kay," Kuro called back, getting up. After marking his place in the book and setting it on the table, he headed for the room where they kept things for guests.

(What kind of beds do they have for guests? Futons? Air mattresses?)

(Why is he going to the place where they keep things for guests? Yuki already got the guest room ready.)

(. . . . . . Because I completely forgot about it? But I guess also 'cause it was somethin' to say instead of just moaning about how I don't know what to say.

"This way Martha." Fuyu said, leading her to the guest room. They bumped into Kuro at the door.
"Oh, Kuro. This- no, you stay here." Fuyu said firmly. "As I was saying, this is Martha. She will be staying with us for a bit.
"Martha, this is Kuro. He works for me and lives here with Yuki and I."
Martha lowered her face, hiding it behind her hair. "Hello." She said, her voice just barely above a whisper. Pleased to meet you. I'm in your care for the day."

[DeMaizu]

Kuro blinked, ducking his head in greeting. "Hello," He said, dropping his arms, a green bundle clutched in his hands.

[AriDeZu]

"What are you holding Kuro?" Fuyu asked. "If it's okay with Martha, why don't you help her settle in? I need to get some sleep before the store opens."

[DeMaizu]

"Air mattress," Kuro answered shortly. It wasn't that he was against it, he was just tongue-tied - again. His gaze cut to Martha curiously before zipping back to his senior. "Okay."

[AriDeZu]

"Thank you Kuro. Martha? Are you okay with having Kuro help you get settled? I know he doesn't sound very friendly, but he is really very sweet."
Martha looks at Kuro for a moment before looking back to the floor. "I'm okay with that."
Fuyu nods and yawns hugely. "Alright then, I'm off to bed." Fuyu turns and walks down the hall to her room where she promptly falls into a deep sleep.
