Venn chuckled. "That first one is kinda true and the other two are completely true..." He followed Kaltens gaze briefly. "Ah no worries. My bark is worse than my bite. I have very little agressive magic in me though my imagination with words knows no bounds." he smiled and shot a look to Mage.

Mage huffed before looking to Venn. "Dont tell me that that child is going with us. Even if she is skilled she shouldnt be in such a place."

Nick chuckled nervously. "Hate to be tje bearer of bad news but thats almost all true though the height may be exaggerated."

Taivil smirked but said nothing more.

Pallon looked to Rin. His gaze drifted to Bear before returning to Temsic. "I know a few people who can be like that and its always worth the wait even if we go at each others throats."

"D*** straight. If I can't go then neither can any other kid, both because it wouldn't be fair and it wouldn't be right" Kalten replied with a hint of irritation though he still grinned at Venn and Mage.

Aurelius shoulders dropped and he rubbed his neck with a curse before smirking at Nick looking defeated, "Well that's comforting, but at least they'll be closer to our blades than I thought"! He tried to appear optimistic though it was difficult.

Rin cleared her throat loudly and rubbed her cheek as if she were oblivious, flashing a smile toward Bear.

Temsic didn't look at Bear or Rin, and nodded to Pallon, "Then you understand more than words can tell. He's a p***er but he's family". He shrugged with a lighthearted chuckle.

Venn sighed. "Honestly its not my choice to make."

Mage shook his head in disgust. "Do you have any sort of a back bone?" His cold glare was directed towards his cousin.

Nick nodded with a smile. "Dont worry, well have your back too"

Bear looked to Rin. "Oh I heard him and if he thinks were sharing a tent hes dead wrong."

Pallon rolled his eyes at Bear. "Youre worse about the cold than I am a******. " he smiled at Temsic and nodded. "Family is family, you either love them or you want to tear their hair out and lock them in the barn with vicious dogs."

Kalten's face went flat and he folded his hands infront of him with each fingers tip balanced on the opposite ones, "Mage? Do you ever hear yourself talk"?

"Thank you" Aurelius grinned, "Wouldn't it be nice to think that these things have horror stories of us as well"?

Rin broke into laughter and covered her mouth so as not to wake Liam, "I'll be sure to say goodnight to you too Bear, even when you're both trying to steal the blankets".

Temsic smiled, "Aye, the majority of the time would be the option with the dogs if I didn't know he'd come walking out asking for a drink a few moments later".

Mage shot a glare to Kalten. "Yes I do, and I know that you think Im a hypocrite." He turned as if he were going to leave.

Nick smiled and laughed slightly. "Yeah, but if they dont they never will."

Bear smirked wickedly and laughed.

Pallon flipped bear off and chuckled. "Then perhaps a different method would've been required"

Kalten took Mage's shoulder and lowered his voice, "I also know that you're one of the only magic casters I'd trust". He let the man go with a smirk and a light shove.

Aurelius grinned and smacked Nick on the back with a laugh, "That's the spirit"!

Rin giggled and hugged Pallon's side with a happy sigh, watching Temsic with a smirk, "Good luck getting any sleep with them around".

"You mean like forcing him to get sober"? Temsic smiled at Rin and Pallon, "That's going to really p*** him off when he wakes up". He shrugged, "I had your father for a roommate a good chunk of my life remember"?

Mage glanced over his shoulder with a faint smile before walking away again.

Venn shook his head at his cousin. "Such a pessimist and skittish as well. Not a good combination"

Nick grunted and rubbed his shoulder. He smiled slightly.

Pallon nodded with a grin. He chuckled lightly at Rin. "Yeah well I had your father and my father as role models and roomates for all of my adolescent life."

"There's nothing wrong with being cautious" Gavrielle spoke up. She stood and made her way over to the small group with a kind smile to the trio of children, "It just means he's bound to have less adventure".

"You're, uh, you're the smithy's right"? Kalten was barely able to speak as he became distracted with the tall womans beaded hair swinging behind her back.

"That's right, kid. Don't forget the warrior part too" Zachary came up to stand on the other side of Venn, towering over him with a grin. "We're going to be getting to know each other real well these next few months, healer".

"Well then I feel very blessed to have only shared my room with a puppy growing up" Rin replied with a smile, "Though looking at us now, I don't miss it one bit". She kissed Pallon's cheek and looked down to her gem.

"Oi! I wasn't the one who constantly snored like a dying horse and kicked you in the face over the footboard of the bed"! Darhem's now jolly voice echoed through the jewel.

"Nope just cold buckets of ice water from the river and-" Temsic cut himself off abruptly and looked around, "What the h*** was that"?

Venn looked to Gavrielle. "True, but he puts it to the extreme..." He looked up at Zachary then. "Well I certainly hope not, for if youre seeing me then it means youre injured or sick, and that just wont do."

Lucia hugged Dagan who was also watching and reaching for the beaded hair. She smiled a bit nervously.

Pallon purred and leaned into Rins kiss with a grin. "Nor do I, mostly..." He chuckled at Darhem and Temsics reaction.

"Its the boices in your head finally driving you insane, what the f*** do you think it was!?" Savin chimed in with a bout of laughter

Gavrielle shrugged, "Alright, then he'll have absolutely no fun or adventure in his life". She knelt to Lucia and Kalten's eyelevel and smiled again, "There's no need to fear kiddies. This lady only swings at those who swing first". She flipped her braids over her shoulder and held up a few, "You like these"?

Kalten grinned and looked at the beads curiously before looking at Lucia with a wry smile, "Think you can do that to my hair"?

Zachary laughed and folded his arms, puffing out his chest, "I don't want to be there! The gods just have a plan against me is all. I'm sure you can handle whatever nasty looking wound I bring you anyway".

"You two are unbelievable"! Rin scoffed with a smile and punched both of their shoulders after lifting the gem to her eye. Her father whimpered pathetically and rubed his arm. She rolled her eyes and whispered to her necklace before blowing on it and sending light dust to reveal the two men.

Temsic took a few steps back as he paled at the sight of his brother then Savin, "D-Darhem? Commander Savin? But you've been gone for...how is this possible"? He went to hug his brother but ended up passing through him in desperate confusion.
