to ask her to dance.she glanced at sawyer and rath.rath looked like he was too pre-occupied trying to pick-pocket, sawyer , well....she had no idea what he was doing.she sighed and accepted the offer, though a bit sadly.not her first pick in a dance partner.her friends brother, Xander, took her hand and led to the dance floor, though she wasn't smiling.

When he saw an unsatisfied look on Ayumi's face, and he decided to stop thieving and help her out. At the right time, he swooped in and took her hand as he pushed Xander aside. "A smile suits you better," He smirked at Xander's furious face. He raised his hand that was holding Ayumi's as a cue for her to twirl. "So you should smile."

Sawyer sighed and went to the food table, getting a small portion of spaghetti. He went to a table and started eating it, then once he was done he politely got up. A lady with black hair and blue eyes asked him if he wanted to dance, but he politely declined.

"Nah," He grinned, "Sawyer is kind of a party pooper, it seems to me. Anyways, I practically live with him. He's kind of like a mentor to me. Sometimes, I like to get away from him. No, he'll be fine." He looked over to Sawyer, who had just declined a dance. "I think."

Sawyer sighed as someone else asked to dance, he declined the same way. He quickly went to the bathroom to get away from the other girls who may ask him.
