He usually preferred to heal himself, but he supposed that he could let Fritha do it, he did trust her, and this was an emergency. "I, uh, suppose. As long as you remember that I have hollow bones - they're a little different." He didn't doubt Fritha's abilities as a healer, and he knew that she had probably healed plenty of birds before. But, well, this was his arm that they are talking about, he could'nt afford to have it taken out of commission. He smiled tightly at her, and offered up his arm.

Evelyn stared at Muninn with a new level of respect in her eyes. -or perhaps even fear? Suddenly his awkward anatomy and unusual body language made a lot more sense. He was a shapeshifter, and that important little detail had her re-evaluating the nervous little Asgardian with newfound regard. "You're our ace then. I'll give the word if and when it's time to jump the sleeve."
She nodded appreciatively to Squeaky. "Perfect. We're gonna give these government drones a run for their money." Reaching to pick one up, she was irked to realize she was still handcuffed. "Looks like I'm the last one needing a locksmith." She grinned and held her hands up to Fritha before answering Squeaky's question. "We're gonna follow the path Sleipnir made for us. The command center should be close by, we need to take it bef-" The abrupt reappearance of their speedy scout made Evelyn stop short. Well speak of the devil. Or rather his daughter, in this case. "...Fighting won't be a problem." She responded. "You can guard our right flank. Muninn's on the left. As I was saying, we need to take the command center before we can get the rest of our weapons. Then Shield will be flying blind. And it'll give Ayra a better chance of ditching her squad." Her instructions may have halted once or twice as she got distracted by the glowy orbs hovering nearby. The bounty hunter in her was instantly curious to know if magical Asgardian defense balls had any worth on the black market. Oh well, she'd have to find out a different day.
"Everybody grab a gun and form up. Let's move."

"Alright, Muninn. I promise I'll be careful."
Fritha started formulating the healing spell she would need, storing it in her palm until she was done modifying it. The process didn't take very long, since she had healed plenty of birds, unusual Asgardians and possibly Muninn himself once or twice during her time on Asgard, and when the spell was finished she let it flow out of her hand in the form of four fluid ribbons that wove around each other repeatedly before wrapping around Muninn's broken arm. The spell stayed still for a moment, resembling an intricately braided green bandage, then seemed to disappear as it healed Muninn's arm from within. When it was done, Fritha recalled her leftover magical energy and formed it into a tiny, solid ball, which she instructed to float above her head while she focussed on unlocking Evelyn's handcuffs.
Since she had used it relatively recently, the spell she had used for unlocking the handcuffs was still fresh in Fritha's mind. It came swiftly when summoned, using only a minimal amount of Fritha's magic stores, and popped open Evelyn's handcuffs in record time. The spell was executed perfectly, but when it was done, Fritha thought of a problem.
"Does everybody here know how to use a gun, or have at least one of their own weapons? I know Squeaky was handing things out from her own stores, but if I'm not mistaken at least two of us, me included in that two, probably don't have access to their preferred weapons. Does anybody have that problem, and want me to rectify it?"

Muninn waited patiently for Fritha to finish the spell, listening half-heartedly as the others spoke. He thanked Fritha and then admired her handiwork for a moment before what the newbie said registered in his mind. He glanced up and noted her change of expression. He recognised the fear, even expected it, though it still hurt him a little. It's been a while since he'd seen that expression, as most of the people who knew had long passed the point of fear and now fell into categories of 'disgust' or 'acceptance.' Muninn was, however, quite surprised to see a touch of something else in there - Admiration? Respect? He wasn't sure how to interpret or react to that, so he decided to ignore it. Slowly he said, "Sounds... alright, to me." Even though he couldn't quite figure out exactly what she was saying. 'Jump the sleeve' was a very interestingly worded term, one that he wasn't sure he'd ever encountered, especially in reference to his powers. After Sleipnir arrived, Muninn smiled to her in greeting and waved his now healed arm at her. He then listened to the plan as outlined by the new girl with interest, and took note of his position. Left guard was an interesting place to put him, and he quickly ran by a few scenarios in his head. He'd almost definately have to shift at some pointthere, but that was what he had wanted, right? Muninn frowned at the glowing balls and the guns with equal expressions of distaste. Finally, he reluctantly picked up a weapon and stared at it vaguely. It had been almost seven decades since he last picked up such a weapon, and this one seemed very different to Muninn. For one thing, it was a lot larger, longer, and overall seemed to exude a sense of power. Just holding it threw him back to a time, decades ago, when the air was choked with gunpowder and the last breaths of thousands of dying men. Muninn quickly shuddered off the memories, and turned his attention once more to the object cradled in his hands. He wasn't exactly sure how to operate the weapon, or to load it with the small cannonballs that it used as ammunition.Feeling lost, he looked at Sleipnir helplessly, hoping that she would understand and come assist him. She had been here much more recently than he had, so surely she knew more about the infernal weaponry than he did.

(Awh, Godi. D: I hope you're doing okay. ;o; And no worries, Myth. I kinda went MIA too because I haven't been feeling well and I've been binge watching stuff to distract myself. I just started Fairy Tail and I made it to episode 70 in three days. X.x)

"Ayra's plan didn't include us re-grouping." She answered Sleipnir's worries with a deadly serious gaze. "Our mission is to get out, whether or not we find her in the process. She was very adamant on that point."
Evelyn blinked with sudden confusion. Did they seriously not know how to use firearms? Well, this is what happens when you team up with an alien race. They'd just have to improvise. "New plan. Squeaky, you're with me. We have to slow them down and keep them cornered where they can't use their tranqs. Everyone else, since you've got close-quarters weapons, you're gonna go ahead and lay a trap for these guys. I want you to find an alcove blind to the cameras and stay there. The agents will be too busy chasing us to realize you're there. When they pass, stab them in the back." She looked up as the pressure on her wrists suddenly went lax. "Now that's more like it." With a relieved breath she wriggled free from the broken cuffs and gave Fritha a genuine smile. "Thank you."
The bounty hunter reached down to grab one of the flamethrowers just as a flash of movement from the corridor caught her eye. She acted without thinking, putting herself in front of Fritha and switching the firepower to the max. In an instant the hallway was bathed with intense red light and serenaded with the startled screams of Shield agents. Nice thing about flamethrowers, they not only did an excellent job of keeping your enemy pinned down, but they also made a magnificent smokescreen. After all, it's slightly difficult to aim at your adversary when you've got a brilliant flare searing out your retina's. Speaking of those, she would literally kill for some fireproof goggles right now.
"They're here; Go!" As long as she had her bestie helping her, she was confident they would be able to slow the agents down long enough for the others to forge ahead and lay the ambush. "Squeaky, let's light this place up."

Nodding, the little pyro smirked at her friend. "Just like old times, eh?" She grinned at the powerful WOOSH of the flames as they filled the room, making it rather hard to see and even harder to breathe. "WOOOOOO!" The screams of the agents were drowned out by the roar of the fire, and the first wave of agents retreated down the hall a ways to regroup. "They'd better not have flamethrowers of their own." Squeaky grumbled, sweat soaking her hair and face. Not only were they in an intense situation, enough to make anyone sweat, but they were kinda behind a wall of fire.

“So you really are a princess.” Maverick's eyes burned both with anger and hurt. "When were you planning to tell me; before or after I got killed trying to protect you?”

( Fairy Tail yaaas. I watched like one ep and was like ehhhh and I know for most animes you gotta give it like ten eps but idk I was looking for something more dark less cute and happy. I'll probably go back to it tho)

Sleipnir shot Eve a mutinous glare in response to her dismissive answer. She didn't speak, as they would be entering a firefight any minute and didn't really have time for an full-blown argument, but she silently opposed the bounty hunter's decision. Yeah, well then, Ayra's plan is stupid. There's no way I'm leaving her behind. Especially since I may have helped get us into this mess.
Sleipnir shrugged when Muninn gave her a bewildered look. She glanced down at the flamethrower by her side, giving the firearm a suspicious scowl. "I don't know. I don't have any use for Midgardian weapons, so I never stuck around to figure them out." She said casually. This wasn't the first time her impatience had come back to bite her, but would she learn from this mistake? Probably not. "Just use the weapons you're most comfortable with." She added, referencing Eve's new plan.
The speedster was about to tell Muninn to follow her in search for an alcove, when the hallway exploded with sound, light, and smoke. Sleipnir balked instinctively at the wall of fire. She had that same wide-eyed, frantic look that horses get when they shy away or bolt. Every fibre in her body was telling her Run! Hide! Fire is death. and honestly she couldn't find a good argument against that. "Come with me." She hissed towards Muninn. She grabbed the shifter by the wrist and dragged him with her down the corridor, barely accelerating past normal speed. "Sorry for the lack of heads up." She said curtly as she paused, surveying the passageway for the optimal hiding place. "I didn't go far, and this stretch of hallway is a straight line, so Fritha should be able to catch up with us in a minute."

Meanwhile, in headquarters, Bob was monitoring both the Hunter situation and the Group situation via security cameras and earpieces. The Group situation was chaos, and he was pretty much unable to distinguish what was happening due to the thick screen of smoke and noise. The Hunter situation, however, looked like it was about to get interesting. Bob sat with bated breath, ready to watch the scenario unfold. Their was about a 70% chance the assassin would be able to take out his whole team, but he also had a shot at beating her.

As the hallway in front of her exploded into flames, Fritha casually tossed up a defensive shield in front of herself, hastily lowered it so it wouldn't interfere with Evelyn's flames, then stepped out from behind Evelyn and watched Sleipnir and Muninn race down a nearby hallway. "Wait! There could be agents down there!" she shouted, before rolling her eyes and muttering, Well, if you're not going to stay in a nice, safe group, I'll have to accompany you. These two look like they're fine, and what better time than the present to surprise everyone?"
In one smooth motion, Fritha reached behind herself, grasped some sort of invisible handle, and pulled her bow out of the patch of nothingness behind her. It materialized slowly, with the string appearing last, but as soon as it was fully formed Fritha pulled back the bowstring and fired two solid green arrows through the wall of fire, where they passed through the pair of agents who were closest to the flames and seemed to explode. The arrows both showered sticky, corrosive goo on all of the agents within their blast radii, then disintegrated into a puddle of goo that formed a thick barrier between the agents and the fiery wall. "That should hold 'em for a second or two!" Fritha said with a satisfied nod, then ran off after Muninn and Sleipnir.

(Quick side note - Muninn actually is familiar with guns, (though hardly) unfortunately the last time he picked one up was in WW2, before automatic and semi-automatic weapons became a thing. He kinda knows that pressing the trigger fires the mechanism, but seeing the advance in weaponry is distorting, and the new huge size (plus overall complexity) not only intimidates him, but also makes him doubt his ability to handle it. After all, what if the trigger no longer activated the gun, but instead now caused it to change ammo or open up the barrel or something? It's like giving your grandma a smartphone. She probably knows how to operate a cellular device, but may be completely lost in trying to operate it without help. (Of course then there are the grannies who are naturals - but eh)
Muninn accepted Sleipnir's explanation as well as the new girl's change of plan, but hung on to the gun anyway. He might accidentally blow himself and everyone else up, but who knows, it might come in handy at some point. This being a fire fight and he being armed only with a knife and all. Guns had a much longer range than he could achieve with a knife, and in an all-out battle like this they could use as many advantages as they could get. Muninn also listened to the rest of the plan, and felt his insides hollow out as he heard the new girl's answer to Sleipnir's queation. He couldn't say that he was shocked that Ayra had decided to go with such a hair - brained scheme. She was an operative after all, and if there was one thing an operative knew how to do, it was to complete the mission, no matter the personal cost. Also, she was friends with them, of course she was bound to be a little bit crazy. This plan, however... It was very likely that Ayra was not going to make it out of this alive. Muninn had complete confidence in her abilities as an operative, but there were only so many odds that one could face alone. They needed to reunite with her as soon as possible. Before he could make this simple fact known, the world exploded in fire and smoke, and suddenly he was stumbling along beside Sleipnir as she rushed down a corridor. He stood there in shock for a moment as she said something to him, his mouth still open wide to give the new girl a piece of his mind. Behind him, Muninn could hear Fritha yelling to them, and his mouth twitched upwards a bit before he turned to Sleipnir, the slight smile fading. He stopped just before lashing out, and instead actually looked at her. She looked upset, her eyes red and irritated from the fire, the tension in her jaw and a bite in her words lending to the effect. He let out a pent-up breath and recalled the plan. Who knows, maybe it'd be crazy enough this time to actually work. Muninn glanced about the hallway, his eyes snagging on a big metal and glass box filled with rows upon rows of colorful bags with strange labels and logos. A food dispenser, perhaps? It was underneath one of those moving boxes, but it seemed to be just out of range of the seeing spell contained within, and there was enough time to sneak to the other side while it was turned away. He gently poked Sleipnir's shoulder and wordlessly pointed to it, his eyebrow raised. He had decided to stay silent, unsure if the mortals had any listening spells up as well.
(It's interesting to write a character who has no clue what a snack machine is. He's also vaguely familiar with cameras, and even watched a couple black and white earth films the last time he was here. Just like the gun, however, everything is just different enough to make him believe that it's actually something else entirely.)

(Fairy Tail is definitely cute and happy. XD Also funny. The characters are super great together and the plot is surprisingly intricate, I'm really enjoying it. 0-0)

Evelyn had caught the stubborn looks from Sleipnir and Muninn, but it wasn't like she could do anything about it. She wasn't really in charge. She might be the best choice for guiding a defensive strategy, since none of the others had much experience dealing with Shield, but she was still just carrying out Ayra's plan like she had agreed. They were supposed to be her team, didn't they have to listen to her? Evelyn certainly couldn't force them to go along with it, so there was no point in arguing. If they wanted to come up with a new scheme after they raided the armory, she would have no say in the matter. Her only options would be to join them or leave them. ...Unless she could come up with something better.
The brunette chuckled once she found her footing and glanced at Squeaky with a grin of her own. "Ah, those were the good days. Do you remember the spray-paint gag?" It was difficult to ignore the amusing memories flooding her mind, even if they were in imminent danger. Of all her missions the ones with Squeaky were the most unforgettable. One thing that definitely startled her back to the present, though, was the sound of arrows flying over her head. For a split second she thought she must've been imagining the twang of the string release, but there was no doubting it when the two missiles came into view. Where on earth had those come from? She looked back over her shoulder in time to hear Fritha's parting words. Of course; something to do with magic. That made a lot more sense. "Thanks!"
The heat in the corridor picked up slightly with the additional explosion, making Evelyn shy backwards a step. In this situation she was actually glad she didn't have on the wide-brimmed fedora and trench coat she usually wore, because it would've been unbearable. Those jerks better have left my stuff in the armory, or I'm gonna get really ticked. "Trying to use fire against a pyro? Shield couldn't be that stupid, could they?" She answered while shuffling back another step, careful to make sure Squeaky did the same. They would have to keep a steady pace in retreat if they wanted enough oxygen.
