(One On One Roleplay: Forbidden Truth & Simply Emotional)

(Because of my idiot "dad", I have to go to bed at eleven>.< Could only watch up to episode 43. I'll try to get to at least 45 by one, 'kay, SM?)

L shrugged. "There is something you can do for me, though," he said.

[Simply Emotional]

Light tilted his head, "What is it?"

[~Forbidden Truth~]

"Could you..." L said, "please go get me a chocolate cake?"

[Simply Emotional]

Light sighed, "Give me some money and I'll buy you a big one so you won't have to ask for more later."

[~Forbidden Truth~]

L glanced over at Light, his eyes blank, wondering if he could trust him with that or not.

[Simply Emotional]

"I'm being serious, I'll be back in a half an hour. I'm just going to the corner bakery." Light said, holding his hands up with a defeated sigh.

L sighed, pulling out a twenty dollar bill. "You should know that if you're not back in exactly thirty minutes, I'll never trust you again," he said, turning back to the laptop screen.

[Simply Emotional]

"Yeah, yeah." Light murmured, leaving the room and jumping for the door handle, happy when it opened on the third try. He decended down the stairs, humming softly to himself as he made his way to the bakery a couple blocks over. He froze once he walked in the door, seeing the man from earlier sitting down in a booth. Light quickly ordered the cake, and they told him thee would be a ten-minute wait. Slowly, Light went to sit down at the other side of the booth. "Hello again, Mister."

L closed the files from the BB Murder Cases, and opened up a different one, now skimming through it. Bored, he shifted so that he was upside-down on the mattress, with his last remaining piece of cake already in his mouth.
