He nodded, slowly walking towards the hotel, his back hunched and his hands in his pockets.

Phong followed along silently, and she liked it that way. L never talked too much, and this gave her time to get lost in her own thoughts.

Heading into the hotel, he stopped suddenly. "Hang on for a moment, I'll meet you upstairs." He said softly, pulling out his phone and walking out the door to stand in front front of the hotel.

"Okay," Phong said, walking inside, but then moving behind a wall, out of sight but still in hearing range so she could hear whatever "L" was about to do or say.

[Simply Emotional]

"Yes?"
"No, that won't do, you're supposed to take him elsewhere..."
"You know that won't work, he's already too far gone..."
"Yes, I understand."
He said simply, heading back into the building.

Phong furrowed her eyebrows, wondering who or what he was talking about, and to who. She quickly ran into an elevator, and pressed a button, trying not to get caught and breathing a sigh of relief when the doors slid close.

Ell knew that L would be up in the hotel room, so slowly, she changed her form into Alexis, heading out the doors and down the street.

Phong walked into the hotel room, almost jumping back when she saw L there, but didn't say anything about it and just walked over to the couch, thinking about the conversation she heard. She could only hear one side of it, though, and that made it harder for her to figure out anything.

Alexis believed that she had analyzed Phong enough to get her character down, and quickly changed into her, looking around.

Phong sighed, thinking over what she had come up with. Most likely, they were talking about some criminal - probably insane - and...Well, that was all she had. She didn't think long and hard about it, so that was probably why.
