Claire usher the little dragon into the library and then moved to Leor. She frowned looking at the girl and sighed, "Leor, this just happened to her and you triggered it by startling her when she was in a calm state. She can't help it right now." She said. She opened the door to Drakon room. "This is the safest spot for her until she calms down. Drakon may need assistance in getting something together for the disease."

Drakon growled at her, muttering a spell to paralyze the cat before the ringing reached him, he hissed lowly and rubbed his ears. "Damn it... what the hell?"

Anna stayed still as her eyes locked on the city seeing something like a dome slowly forming around it. Her body shuddered hard as her eyes darkened a bit. Even from here she could feel the magic it was made from pulsing hard. Anna silently prayed the others who'd went to the city would be OK before she slowly stood on her hind legs and spread her wings. The air around the mountain suddenly seemed to explode with snow creating something of a barrier around her small family and instantly, the ringing fell silent as the snow, ice, and wind whirled around the mountain. She'd made her own barrier wide enough to take in a little ways down the mountain too, but it didn't stop the feeling something bad was going to happen.


As stormie topped moving her eyes for cloudy and seemed to roll back in her head a bit.


Leor barked out a laugh and turned his dark eyes to Claire "no, she's had hee whole life to figure this out. I warned her father not to use the bloody demon because she'd become dependent on him to control this and she did. Throw her in with one of the brats who had to figure their things out too, maybe she'll figure out how to stop letting it destroy her.". When he sat Ruby down the darkness sliding off his body revealing he didn't have a single burn despite the fire and heat.


He then slid back out of drakon room and flexed his hands before he erupted into a giant wolf and shuddered hard.

Claire sighed and shook her head. "No one controls their powers or their curses right off the bat. Your wolves know that more than most." She said before vanishing.
Claire came to Drakon, growling once she saw the little feline. "What the hell happened?"
"She was attacked, immediently became like this." Drakon growled.
Claire took Stormie and growled, "fallen, make sure you're clean and burn those clothes.. I do hope it's nothing like that blood witch we had to deal with years ago."
Drakon nodded.

Leor never tried to reply to Claire instead he stood there panting softly and shuddered. The feeling of dualing magic in the air was turning his stomach, especially when he could feel the odd sickness slowly spreading. He moved slowly through the house towards the door but brushed Eric and Alainas minds as a goodbye. When he opened the front door with his teeth there was a white portal glowing . With a low growl he shot into it letting the door slam shut behind him.


Anna slowly lowered herself where she was sitting now but her wings stayed open keeping the freezing barrier swirling and keeping her family safe. Her eyes fell towards her talons as a sick feeling hit her stomach. She could feel something wasn't right, but there wasn't much she could do.


A bit of foam slowly started forming at the corners of stormies mouth as hee eyes completely rolled backwards in her head.

"Let me take her to my domain, see what I can do." Claire said softly.
"Not without me." Bryn growled.
"Bryn, you're family needs you. Ari will need another spell caster to help heal wounded and keep attackers away. I will take care of her I promise. No harm will come to her." she said.
Bryn growled, but with a stern look from Drakon he nodded. "I'll bring you when it's safer and you can be spared." Claire said before vanishing with the neko in her arms.

Ari growled lowly as she walked outside, looking towards the city and moving towards Anna. "Something is wrong there...I can't feel anything though."

Annalise stayed quiet for a while to focus on the barrier she'd made before she slowly looked down at ari "you're better off not not feeling it". Her eyes then slid back to the barrier but stiffened a bit feeling an odd pulse through the swirling ice and snow. With a shudder that made her scales jingle like windchimes she growled lowly. The pulse outside was some kind of magic that felt like it was burning through everything unprotected,. She winced a bit as a few scales shattered around her left eye from the pressure it was putting on the barrier, but compared to what she went through as a human this wasn't much at all. Her tail slowly wrapped around her friend and pulled her closer as an odd looking Aurora wound up coming from Anna's wings and wove into the barrier making it stronger than it was. Anna was slowly starting to feel tired but until she felt the magic outside die down she wasn't going to let her oddball family get hurt.


Rubys eyes slowly began moving feeling a wave of power and magic nearby but her body stayed still. There were burns covering a good but of her body thanks to her losing it earlier.


Inside the hunters headquarters many of the creatures who were wandering the halls or talking to others began screaming and falling g to the floor.

Paxton lay crumpled up on the floor trying not to throw up with Callie leaned against a wall beside him looking paler and sick.

Airwen was leaned against the building outside on the ground,it was the most movement he could muster so far. Seeing the dome around the city he sighed and looked towards the building slowly. With the front door gone, there was nothing to protect those inside who weren't in their sealed rooms. 'this isn't how this was supposed to go. I should have had more time...why did they come early?'
