He reached down and snapped the leash on. "Walk?" He turned to Cass and pleaded with puppy eyes, just like Charlie. Standing up, he stretched and yawned. "It's getting darker, so we better hurry...I personally don't like stumbling around in the dark like a blind man." He offered her his hand.

Uriah-

"Yeah, I get it. Forgiven." He said in a monotone voice. Devoid of emotion.

Cassandra rolled her eyes at the pair as they exited the home to go for a small walk. It was indeed getting dark and they needed to hurry on this walk. Cass sighed softly as they walked, "I wish I had friends. I've been itching to go on a double date.," she told him as they held hands and walked further away from her home.

He nodded and gently rubbed her back of her hand with his thumb. "Ok! Time to get to know each other!" He grinned and his blond hair seemed to shine as they past under a street light. "I was born in the mountains in a run down house. I love working with my hands...either wood or mechanics. And...." He pause thinking. "I have a deathly fear of drowning." He smirked at her. "You next."

He nodded. "Yeah. I am cool. Just give me a few days." He stood up and stretched.

He headed home and worked a second shift at the coffee shop. At the end he grabbed a large coffee and walked to the movie theater.

Cassandra listened as she was told about her own boyfriend. "Alright.," she told him. "I'm seventeen years old. My birthday is may 24. My boyfriend's name is Jason and he's the cutest thing. I was born in Jamaica and stayed in home school till I was 11. I've had three boyfriends. My first car is a 2012 silver Tahoe. Charlie is my first dog and hopefully my last dog. My full name is Cassandra Lynn Handson and I was always a honor roll student. I plan to be a vet one day. I love dogs. I played volleyball. That's it. He listened quietly as she told him all the bear facts about herself. "Volleyball huh? Brilliant!" Even though she probably couldn't see his face, his voice let her know he was smiling. "I love Basket ball and hopefully will get a scholarship for it. I have a huge fear of clowns. I love hot sauce and my favorite food is peanut butter and pickle sandwiches." His stomach let out a slight rumble just thinking about them. "I've dated 6 six girls in my life and my first car was a 1996 Toyota truck." He paused to take a breath. "have a big family and a even bigger removed family. And....that's all I think.."

He nodded, still keeping his distance. "Belle. I am not your boyfriend ok? We've known each other for a freaking small amount of time. If I am going to go all the way then I have to know." He looked over at her seriously. "We both have growing up to do."
