Pallon suddenly jolted awake, sitting straight up and looking about the room almost wildly. He calmed slightly and he rested his head in his hands with a groan as the room spun from his quick actions. How long have I been out?!

Bear nodded. "No worries Kal. They will be. They all will be."

Rin's eyes snapped open and she spun around, coming out of her meditation. She watched Pallon, but didnt dare say a word as she gazed at him with gentle concern.

Kalten nodded with a smirk, "I'm gunna be an uncle again"! He chuckled and leaned against the other side of the doorframe.

Pallon glanced to Rin, his eyes now calmed but sad. "I... I went crazy again didnt I?" His voice was soft. His mind reeled with numerous questions, and he had to know what was true and what wasnt.

Bear smiled. "Aye..." He chuckled at a thought and shook his head, wincing slightly. He rubbed his neck towards its back where it met his shoulder.

Rin stood and came to Pallon's side with heaviness in her eyes, "Aye that you did, and the prince was very forgiving and just as troubled as you were". She placed her hands on his cheeks, watching him as if she were meeting him for the first time, "What do you remember"?

Kalten's attention snapped to his mentor, "Are you ok? Or are you getting too old to carry unconcious people anymore"? He grinned up at him, though still held some look of worry.

Pallon sighed almost relieved. He looked at Rin uncertain. "I remeber saying things I shouldnt... Wolf and Nick unconcious... Did I flip Bear? I think I remember that..."

Bear gave him a dry look. "Oh dont you worry Kal. I can still throw people around like a rag doll..." He rolled his shoulder with a grimace. "I just landed on it wrong when Pallon downed me."

Rin giggled and smiled as she nodded, "Yes you most certainly did. You almost gave Kal a heart attack". She sombered slightly, but continued to smile, "Anything else? Anything at all"? She took his hand in hers.

Kalten cocked his head like a confused puppy, "Yeah, why did you let him do that"? He folded his arms with a wry grin at Bears comeback.

Pallon looked down at her hand and stuidied. "Things start to get hazy after that... Rin... Did you really say you were pregnant? Or was that me hallucinating? and if you did... were you just trying to shock me or..." His voice trailed off and he looked back to her.

"Wasnt expecting him to actually do that. Not that he cant, he can down me in a fight as easily as I could him. I also wasnt about to just deck him in front of Rin. If she hadnt been standing there thats probably what I would have done." Bear smirked slightly only to hiss as his shoulder cracked.

Rin's bottom lip quivered as she released a shaky laugh, taking his hand and placing it to her stomach, "I did say that, but I'd never joke about something so miraculous". She couldn't meet his eyes, so she leaned on his chest, "It's been about a month now since mother told me... we're going to have a baby". She was smiling as she explained and held her breathe for his reaction.

"Do you need a healer"?! Kalten asked as he shrank back to the sound of Bears shoulder. He cocked a brow, "Don't be stupid and say you'll work through it, you can't train or guard if you're hurt".

Pallon was silent for a long moment. A smile slowly crept onto his face. He shifted aw from Rin and then moved down to kiss Rins stomach "dont take after your father little one. He's a bit of an idiot." He moved back to look Rin in her eyes, his were filled with soft and unrivaled love. "...You were afraid to tell me?"

Bear shook his head with a light chuckle. "No. I'll just be bruised and a little stiff."

Rin bit her lip again and watched as Pallon kissed her stomach before abruptly bursting into happy laughter, "I just... I was waiting for the right time". She wrapped her arms around his neck as she pulled him close, looking down at her own abdomen, "Nianna and mother were the only ones that knew, that is until now". She glanced back up at him with a sheepish grin.

Kalten smiled, "So you're saying I have a chance during training now"?
