"I'm not quite sure I have anything in mind. But if you've got something on your mind, I would like to." She told him, making sure her next berry was well out of his reach so he wouldn't steal it again.

Scout shrugs slightly and rolls onto his back beside her. "I think I can be happy whispering how much I love you," he answers with a grin. He licks her cheek and places his muzzle by her ear. "I have heard that the stars are limitless, that nothing shines brighter or can reach as far. That's a lie. You're the brightest thing in my life, and my love for you reaches farther than any star ever will."

She blushed. "Science says you're wrong." She teased him, playfully booping his nose.

"Love doesn't acknowledge science," he says warmly, licking her ear.

She guessed he would say that, flicking his nose with her hear as his tongue tickled the fur there, setting off an involuntary twitch.

He chuckles warmly and nips her ear playfully. "Nothing to say? Oh that's cruel," he teases happily. He was just messing around with her, too happy to ever find her mean. She was wonderful. "Your fur almosts tastes as sweet as you smell, sweet strawberry."

"That's because I'm always getting covered in berry juice. And I just have nothing to say. I don't know why. Words no work for mouth I guess." She said, flicking her ear again.

He chuckles warmly. "Well I love it. You're everything I ever dreamed of, Akane, when I was a younger voxxie just starting to think about these sorts of things. I never really thought I'd find my angel in a strawberry patch though."

"See, you're doing it again." She said pushing his shoulder.

"Do what again?" he whispers in confusion, licking her muzzle to get a tiny bit of berry juice from her fur. "Am I making you feel too loved?" he teases.
