"He practically set himself up for it!" He argued, a frown replacing his smile. And he averted his gaze from hers as he explained. "His girlfriend left him because of me." He said, almost a mumble as he admitted it. It was Tuts fault in the first place, not his! He just simply agreed to take her for a trip. Just one, simple, quick trip. She wanted to see something, and he agreed, and one thing led to another and she thought Tut wasn't good enough.

"Always were a lady killer, can't blame her." Felicity shrugged slightly, placing her free hand in her pocket, looping her thumb over the top. "Eh, it's not too bad. I would be angrier if you had like... killed his mother by accident or something, I dunno. Landed your TARDIS on his cat. Stealing his girlfriend is nothing. Was his girlfriend crazy or semi-psychotic? You have a habit of attracting crazy and/or semi-psychotic women. Like Mary."

"No. She just had a lot of money. And they were engaged." He explained, flapping his free hand around as he usually did as he talked. "I bet he would be angrier too. We would be banned from the entire continent if I had done something eke that..." He said, glancing at her for a moment before looking back towards the small street path. And then she mentioned how he seemed to be good at attracting insane people. "Well that's a little insulting!" He started, raisng his eyebrows as his talking continued. "Not all people who have ever liked me have been crazy, I'll have you know. Perfectly sane people." He said, pausing as his expression relaxed. But his brow furrowed once again as he looked back towards Felicity. "Mary liked me?" He said, and honestly he had no clue she did. He thought it was just friendly stuff, or something of the sort. Was that what she meant?

"Perfectly sane people, right, got it. Yes, perfectly sane people, just like me. I'm definitely perfectly sane, tip-top mental state here." Felicity paused as he questioned her about Mary. "Yeah, I suppose. Romantically or platonically, I'm not sure, but you're pretty likeable either way, to be fair, so you can't really blame her if she did."

"Pretty likeable? I prefer the most likable person in the entire universe, thank you." He said humorously, straits ing his bowtie with his free hand. Of course he might not have been the most like able, but he was certainly high up there nonetheless.

"Ooh, I think the aliens you've fought might beg to differ." Felicity chuckled before turning her head to look at the Doctor. A small frown crossed her lips as she gently let go of his hand to circle around in front of him. "You cannot straighten your bowtie with one hand, you should know that by now. Hold still for a moment." Felicity murmured, reaching up to re-adjust it.

"Why? Is it annoying you?" He chuckled, raising his chin slightly so she could fix it for him. Truth was, he didn't want to let go of her hand. Not after where he had just been and what he had saw. And what he had done had to be the worst of them all. But even though he tilted his chin up, he still looked down at her with a warm grin. "Thanks."

"It's uneven and I can never stand for your bowtie being uneven. You should know that I can't stand anything on you being uneven by now. Now! Where is this Pharaoh or queen or whatever that we so desire to see?" Felicity stepped back to his side, taking his hand once more and swinging their arms slightly.

"Well, we should check the... Egyptian castle of sorts first, see if they're there." He answered, scrunching his nose slightly as he thought of what to call the ruler of Egypts home. He really had no idea, since Egypt wasn't one of his best eras, and one that he didn't visit often.

Okay... we need to choose a pharoh / lady pharoh.....))
any ideas?)) I mean, if you don't know any I could name a few. ))

Felicity laugh-snorted a little at the words 'pharoah castle,' covering her mouth with her free hand and leaning on the Doctor's shoulder. It was funny seeing the Doctor fully confused about a matter he should be well-versed in. Of course, the Doctor often got confused about rather sillier matters, or at least pretended to. "Well, aren't you articulate?" She giggled after she had calmed down a little.
