"Well....." He thought, "It would be pretty cool if it was." He said, hopefully that she would think it was cool too, where he was bringing her next. And as she asked why he hadn't parked in her lawn, he shook his head. "I couldn't! If I did, then you would've heard me and come running. I hope to get a little bit of suprize in."

"I think it will. You tend to top yourself every time you take me somewhere new, even if that ends in life-threatening situations. Still fun." Felicity said, a thoughtful note entering her voice as she spoke. "True, I would come running. Always eager to go on adventures. Plus, your TARDIS isn't really... stealthy, persay. It actually sounds like someone dragging nails over a chalkboard. Maybe a key. Bad violin playing."

"I like the sound! It's like a wheezing! It's amazing." He said, almost strictly as if he thought she would argue with him that the sound was terrible. He loved the sound, and looked forward to hearing it every time he took off and landed. It was a bit like the TARDIS was talking to him, in some way, but that sounded a little.... ood odd.

"I didn't say I like it. I said it was LOUD. In fact, I rather like it. Of course, I've kind of gotten used to it, so it's kind of a natural sound to me. I don't really hear it anymore unless I try." Felicity raised her eyebrows as they rounded the curb, though she didn't really notice because a, she had walked down this road a hundred times, and b, because she was still looking at the Doctor instead of where she was going.

"Good. I've had a few guests that don't like it..." He said, making a small face that could be described as a frown. He began to slow as the TARDIS came into veiw, just a few feet down the street, in a small alleyway out of sight. Not that anyone would notice it in the first place, though. He fished a key with his free hand from his pocket, his thumb tracing the round top of it before looking up at Felicity.

"Sonic screwdriver, on the other hand. Abhorrent noise. I wish we could change that one." Felicity added, lifting an index finger to punctuate her point before returning her attention to the street ahead of her. At the sight of the TARDIS, Felicity broke into an excited run, dragging the Doctor behind her at first.

"But it's such a fun noise..." He said, his words trailing off as she began to practically drag him into a run once more. "I think she's been lonely without another girl around." He jokes with a smile before sliding the key into the key hole and pushing the door open.

"It sounds like a dying metallic bird, if you want to be specific." Felicity said finally, daring the Doctor to challenge her descision about what the sonic screwdriver sounded like. "Maybe she just missed me. I'm a very missable person, so I'm not surprised." Felicity chirped as she tugged the Doctor back inside the TARDIS.

He followed her with a wide grin; he had of course, missed her over the few days that he had been away from her. But here they were, back in the TARDIS, traveling once more. "So. Suprize destination in the past." He said, thrilling his way around the controls before he started flicking switches.

"Yup!" Felicity gently let go of his hand to seat herself in one of the chairs, resting her elbows on her knees. "So! Who'd you go mini-golfing with? It wasn't Mary, she kept her end of the promise and won't stop calling me, so who was it? You never do anything alone, I know that for a fact."
