"Yes!" Joseph looked perfectly serious. "Or worse, my spoon!" He couldn't keep it up and snorted in amusement. "Come on, this is ridiculous. We're in a tavern - no one's kidnapping anyone in here." With that in mind, he snagged the remainder of Kooper's stew, having already finished his own. "So we may as well stop talking about that topic." He mumbled wit his mouth full.

[I'm sure if she stares at him long enough it'll do the trick ~]

Kooper looked like he was about to protest the theft of his food but decided it wasn't worth it. He flicked his gaze to the woman sitting across from himself. "Joseph, that's disgusting. Don't speak with your mouth full." He commented as he watched her uneasily.

"Really, buddy?" she snorted at how ridiculous that act was...Shaking her head, she continued to watch them. Then looked away as Joseph spoke with mouth full. Instead, she elected to stare at Kooper...

"Sorry." Joseph quickly swallowed and looked over to Codex then to the girl. "I never did catch your name." He spoke up.

She shook her head as she said "Yeah, thanks..." but kept looking at Kooper. She huffed as she momentarily looked at him, saying "Shiva...Shiva Longenhan..." then looking at Kooper again.

She was staring at him again. That did it, Kooper snapped. "Code, come on. We're gonna be late if we don't get going." He stood up abruptly. "Joseph - take your time. We'll meet you back at the inn." He left the tavern, Codex stumbling after him. The blacksmith caught the look in the warden's eye as they headed to the stable. Codex lifted a length of rope out of his saddlebags while Kooper grabbed some cloth.

Joseph almost asked what inn Kooper was talking about but caught on just in time. "Right. See ya." He turned his attention back to the stew. Once Shiva got up to leave he'd follow a few moments behind her and stand watch.

She shrugged as Kooper and Codex got up to leave, and looked over at Joseph. She huffed and said "Yeah, bye. Nice talking to you too..." she muttered at the end. She hummed as she ate her soup and sandwich. Then downed the tea and paid. She got up, patting her leg, and -Dog- the large Shepherd Dobie came to her side. He walked close by, following her to the door.

Just watch out for -Dog-

Joseph waited only long enough for the door to close before he got up. Exiting the tavern silently, he closed the door softly behind himself so it didn't make a sound. Good. He scanned the streets as he walked over to the side of the building. They were empty - most people were sleeping by now. That was good too.

Kooper readied himself as she came around the corner. In one quiet motion he reached out from the shadows and pressed the cloth against her face, covering her nose and mouth. The material was doused in chemicals and should be strong enough to knock the girl out. Once she had fallen unconscious he signaled for Codex to lead the horses over. Together they bound her hands then lifted her up so she rested over the front of Joseph's saddle.
But they had forgotten about the dog. "Joseph!" Kooper hissed as he mounted his horse quickly to get away from the annoying canine. "Come on before this thing wakes the dead!"
Codex had put Shiva's horse on a lead rope so that he could take the mare with them. It wouldn't be complete unless the horse was gone too, as it would bring less suspicion at first. It would be assumed she went riding. But he was egar to go. "I'm leaving. Joseph - deal with the dog and lets get away."
