He tossed a rock skipping a few times as he listened to her long speech. He believed he had true happiness once, with Isabelle but he couldn't think of a time since then. His parents and sister where killed so he didn't find joy in family, or anyone for that matter. He only found joy here in this place. The safe haven. Here he was free to feel what he usually can't. He was a vampire he is t supposed to feel he's supposed to feed and kill. "True happiness is what make you so happy you could die, just imagine that everyday." He said softly before sitting down next to her his legs making a upside down V. "You can't find it unless you try. You were born without the thoughts of love or kindness you learn how. Some of us haven't learned how." He said softly before coughing almost like he got caught up. "My girlfriend showed me, becuase I didn't know how. She showed me no matter how you put your heart out there but if it's out there someone will pick it up and be yours forever. She never told me she needed help no matter how many times I asked her." He said softly staring at the ground and pushing the rocks around. He thought about what he had just told her, he should have said anything. He didn't wanna scare her away. He was to much for her, it felt to him that no one would understand him not like Isabelle did.

she looks over at him as he settles beside her, and then she is watching the water, pondering over his words as she listened intently. "I can't remember being that happy since i was really little...", she mutters. She listens again, picking at the little pebbles in the rocks. " She sounds like an amazing person. And I'm not sure if this will help at... but i know that she is most definitely a loss to the world.", she says softly, knowing all too well.

He looked at her bitting his lip if he could cry he would be right now, but since he couldn't he just had a sad look to his face. "I couldn't save her." He whispered softly moving around on the rocks to sit more comfortable. "The only time someone's ever happy usually is when they are youg, they don't know anything." He said softly, he wished he never brought up Isabelle but he did and know he had to relive the memories in his head.

she looks at him, tilting her head slightly. " I'm sorry...", she whispers softly. She sees the sad look on his face and her heart melted. A long pause and then his next words. "Yeah... to be a kid again.", she whispered in reply before she looks down at her handful of small pebbles. " You know, i really like this place, this safe haven.. it's great to just, get away and just be able to relax...", she says, slowly dropping the pebbles from her hand.

He sighed shaking his head."it's not your fualt." He said gently looking over at her and signed before laying down and looking up at the clear blue sky. "You might wanna be a kid about be I much rather not relive that part of my life." He said softy putting his hands behind his head. "That's why I come here to just be able to be myself to stay away from humans and human socialism." He said softly, it felt like hours to him that they have been siting there and his stomach was starting to feel hungry, he shoved his thoughts down lifting himself back up. "So you like it here?@ he asked softly.

She nods and listens to him, all the while staring at the azure sky. A few clouds were forming, growing grey in color, and the tell-tell smell before rain was faint in the air. "I think I... love it here.", she says softly before closing her eyes a moment. A soft and gentle breeze tousles her hair, carrying her vanilla and rose scent with it. "It reminds me of those care-free days in the summer when I was little... and my mom and dad would take us on picnics. We could spend hours... doing absolutely nothing....", she says. And then she inhales deeply before exhaling, her body relaxing as if she had just released all her tension and stress. And then her currently grey eyes with the piercings of deep blue are open once more and she looks over at him, her features gentle.

He smiled, he liked the fact that she could remember stuff that he would never get to have, he was happy that this place was so much to her. "Places like this, mean everything. They should be destroyed." He said softly closing his eyes he loved the rain and he awaited for the first drop to come down on him. "Your parents? We're they nice?" He asked softly looking at her softly and gental features. He knew she had something he would never have, a life, a family, people that love him. He was a vampire they don't get a happy ending they die alone. He didn't want to get close to anyone especially not her. He didn't wanna hurt her.

She smiled softly, nodding her agreement with a small "yeah.." She then listens to his question, adjusting a bit more comfortably on the rocks. Picking up a smooth pebble, she examines over all it's surfaces, it's speckles and edges and rough parts... "They had their days..", she speaks slowly. "It seemed there was always going to be another sibling to be welcomed.. so my mom was either sick or really moody... and my dad.. well, he cheated on my mom. And when he left, he left her and us for his mistress... But when he wasn't working, and when money wasn't tight, he wasn't bad. It just seemed that he always had something else to do. It was my mom who insisted on him taking days off to spend time with us... ",s he says, running her thumb over a rough spot on the pebble, her features soft as she seemed to be daydreaming.

He sighed he knew what It felt like to be there and then all the sudden not. "Im sorry people are like that, you'll never not be around them." He said softly just staring at the water, he could just barely remeber his mom when he was younger, they were taking people out of cages. He thought his parents would eat them but they didn't they let them go, then that when the guards of the food came up and sliced their heads off. He was hiding between cages who hung it all happen not able to go up there becuase of his parent told him to be home. He sighed coming back to reality as water splash his feet. "At least you mom wanted your dad to spend time with you guys." He said softly not knowing what else to say.

She is quiet as she watches the water now. It was so serene here, like a place out of a picture book. The places all too good to be real.. she nods slightly before glancing at him once more. "Never not be around them... except here.", she said before falling quiet once more. As he speaks, she shrugs. "Yeah... at least i had that..", she says before thinking a moment. " You know... it's nice to have someone to relate to.. and someone closer to my age then my siblings.. if you ever want to, then I'd be happy to have you over...", she says gently, looking down at the rocks now. He was sharing this place with her, the lead she could do was welcome him at any time.. and who knew, maybe she could share her family with him.
