Jared wrapped his arms around Allie and tried to remain calm. The only thing that he could think about, however, was the fact that his brother had disappeared in there, and they hadn't seen a wink of him since. It couldn't have been that long ago, sure, but it was getting agonizing. "I am glad I have you two, too," he whispered as he pulled them close. He wasn't sure how he would be coping if he didn't have them to turn to.

William glared, but it wasn't like he had much fight. How could the being be so evil and so cruel? Then again, how could anyone be anything. "Don't hurt her," William said through gritted teeth. But what could he do? He couldn't fight, not without his powers. "Let them go, and we can all go about our merry way," he insisted. He would have missed it if he hadn't been looking but a shadow passed his peripheral. A moment later, an arrow came flying at the figure. "What the...," William whispered, squinting into the dimness. Whoever had shot the arrow had been quick enough to pass by him without him knowing. But where was he and why could he not pinpoint him. "Let them go, bugs brain," a voice snapped. William could only guess it was the boy he saw.

allie buried her face in his shirt as if trying to hide from her fears. she looked down at destiny then took her small hand. "i guess we should just sit and wait it out", she said then looked at destiny who for some reason seemed to be calm like she knew that william, addison, and cosette would be okay.

addison watched as the boy did this then watched a girl appear behind him. "it's alright", the girl said to her partner. "i will set them free, you deal with the girls", she said then walked over to the addison and cosette. she knocked her arrow into her crossbow and shot them at all the spots were they were tied up, making them fall into the floor. addison ran right to william.

Jared rubbed Allie's back and nodded his head in agreement. "I guess so," he whispered reluctantly. He was still worried about then, especially his brother. He couldn't lose his brother. He kissed the top of Allie's head and managed a weak smile. "We could use a bit of your happiness, little Destiny," he said, making an attempt at a joke.

The boy nodded in agreement and went about his merry way, shooting the figure without much of a problem. Once he was sure that it was clear, he went and rejoined his friend. William let out a sigh of relief when Addison was released and held her closely to him. "Thank goodness you are okay," he whispered as he kissed the top of her head. He then glanced at the pair. "Who are you two?"

allie closed her eyes, trying to calm herself then let out a slight laugh at jared's joke. "yeah, that would be nice right now", she said then suddenly destiny was holding on of each of there hands and started to run happyness throughout them. allie smiled and then kissed destiny on top of the head, telling her thanks.

addison wrapped her arms around william even though she knew she was probably getting blood on him and she would feel worse later. the girl looked at the two then looked at her partner. "i am frost", she said then looked at her partner, wondering if he would tell them his name or not.

Jared was surprised, however, when Desitny obliged and sent happiness their way. He sure did feel better. He sent her a smile and gave her a gentle hug. Maybe it wasn't so bad to have a positive figure around. "Thanks, Destiny," he whispered before he took Allie's hand in his.

William rubbed her back and tried to be gentle. He didn't want to make things worse. He really just wanted to be out of there as soon as possible. When Front introduced herself, William nodded and turned to the other kid. Now that he had a better look of him, he looked around the age of thirteen or fourteen. "People call me Sawyer," the boy replied, throwing the bow around his back and placing his remaining arrows in his sack.

destiny smiled and then blushed and hide behind allie. allie laughed then hugged destiny close, while snuggling up to jared. "i wish this is what our lives could always be like, just sitting around, not having to run from nighteyes and everything else", allie said to jared.

frost crossed her arms. she was around fourteen and had very, very long white hair with blue eyes, it was easy to see why she was called frost. "we are a pair of government students, we are in this land to protect the people from here and the visitors from demons such as the shadow men", she told them. addison started shaking. "there are more of them"?! she asked. frost looked over addison. "also you should probably put on more clothes then just that", she said, looking over the small strips of clothing the shadow man had left on her which was the same with cosette.
