William intertwined their fingers and smiled as he, too, felt their connection. This was one of the few things he loved about their powers; their connection was something he yearned for. Are you feeling okay? he asked, wondering if she could still read his mind while their connection was intact.

Addison moves closer to Will and lays her head on his shoulder.She nodded.I a, better now that I'm with you,she though to him.She yawns and closes her eyes then looks up stars through the tiny hole in the roof that she made so the smoke could get out of the small patchwork hut.

William chuckled aloud and kissed her cheek. He didn't respond; he just leaned back and closed his eyes momentarily. He felt the safest he had in days, which was funny. They weren't even in a real shelter. However, being up in the air made him feel more secure. The Nighteyes were way past him. They had to be all right now.

Addison smiles."I love this",she whispers lightly.She loved being in the outdoors,safe,warm,and most of all being with Will.She closes her eyes and soon drifts off to sleep with her wings closed in.She was glad to have all the water off of her from earlier.

"And I love you," William whispered quietly before he closed his eyes. He could feel sleep calling to him. Casually, he wrapped his arms around Addison and slowly gave in to the sleep that was calling to him. He had a sickening feeling that the next day would be yet another adventure. Until then, everything would be great. Or he so hoped.

Addison wakes up to the fire being out but everything else looked ok.She yawns and looks over at Will then she jumps from the end of the shelter and snaps her wings up and lifts into the air for a morning flight and looking for food with her raptor vision.

Will rolled to the side with the space freed up. A few minutes later, he woke to Addison not being there. He took in a deep breath, trying to calm down. She was probably just off to find something; she would surely be back soon. She wouldn't disappear on him forever. He stretched out his aching limbs. The bruises protruding from his shoulder showed prominent signs of the events from the day before. He sighed and started to crawl down from the tree.

Addison smiles as she flys and she pick up a axe that was laying around and cuts only one three then cuts it into pieces then carries some pieces back as she flys back."Good morning",she calls to Will then she flys down and walks to the tree."I brought wood for making steps to go up and down".
