Mani's eyes gleamed as Harry voiced the suggestion, and she nodded. "Once we're finished we can go buy some." She said softly.

[hypnowave]

"'Buy?'" Harry didn't quite understand, his snout twitched and he had a little more of the ice cream.

[wolf ;;]

Mani nodded. "You have to buy things - give something in return for the thing you want or need." She explained. "Like with the ice creams, I had to buy them."

[hypnowave]

"Strange..." Harry held his ice cream in one hand and used the other to scratch his chin thoughtfully. "How do you know if the value of one thing is worth the other?"

[wolf ;;]

"Well, everything has a price - what its worth. You buy things with the one currency - you have to use money to buy things." Mani said. "It's hard to explain."

[hypnowave]

"Oh, okay," Harry said, finally deciding to drop the topic. City wolves sure were complicated, he thought. Why not give for free?

[wolf ;;]

Mani soon finished her ice cream, and she looked at the other two. "Alright, are you two done eating?"

After he finished his own fair share of the food, Harry nodded and looked at Rebekah to see if she was finished too.

Rebekah finished, and Mani nodded. "Alright, lets go get the sugar." And she walked to another building.

"Sounds good," Harry said and followed Mani towards the building. This place was so different from the forests... maybe that was why Castor hated it?
