Fern quietly nodded and rubbed his back for a few moments before pulling away and standing up. "Are you hungry?" She asked.

Cyrus nodded "Very" he said

"Sit. I'll make you something." She smiled and walked to the kitchen.

"Cool" Cyrus said then sat down

Fern hummed and made food. She soon set a plate down in front of him and gave him some juice before sitting next to him. "So tell me something about yourself." She smiled and drank some coffee.

Cyrus ate a couple of bites and shrugged "Um my name is Cyrus. I like playing soccer. I am a shadow seeker though Im no good at it" he said then ate again

Fern nodded and took a sip of her coffee. "Shadow seekers take time. A lot of people take time to develop their power. Soetimes it just means the power is going to have a stronger effect."

Cyrus gave a small sigh and glanced at the ground " I guess" he muttered then finished eating

Fern ruffled his hair, "don't worry. You'll see in the future. Just keep pushing yourself." She looked at his plate, "Still hungry?" She asked.
