Brooke turned her head, still walking, and grinned at them. "Somewhere," She said simply, and disappeared through more bushes. Dipper frowned at Mabel, blushing. "Well, maybe it's because Brooke's the same age as me, and I've actually gotten a chance." He said quietly, and, realizing what he'd said, he widened his eyes, blushing even more. "Wait, no. Forget I'd said that."

"Fine, I see how it is," Mabel responded laughing. She heard Dipper and instantly stopped laughing and turned to him, a hand flying over her mouth. Her eyes widened in joy and she held back a squeal

I love how Mabel's always so excited when he says things like that, I'm literally holding back a laugh right now. XD ))

Dipper bit his lip. "Mabel, I--" "Hey! What're we talking about back there?" Brooke chuckled, looking at them. Dipper looked at her, nervously grinning. "Nothing! Just... Just how pretty flowers are...I mean how you are...I mean..." He held his breath to stop himself from saying more stupid things. Brooke stared him in the eyes for a second, blushing slightly, and looked up at the darkening sky.

"Hmmm?" Mabel asked, looking over when she heard Brooke. She opened her mouth to speak then Dipper cut in. She crossed her arms then her mouth dropped open. Aw, she blushed, she thought, closing her mouth into a tight smile

Brooke shrugged, staring at the ground. "It's, um...it-it looks rainy..." She looked around at an underground cave hidden behind her. "So at least we're there."

Mabel looked up at the sky and then over at the cave. "Okay. Let's go to the cave," she said, readjusting the school backpack strap over her shoulder. "Can we hurry? My shoulder's killing me."

Brooke shrugged. "Um... Yeah." She murmured, and hesitated before slipping into the tunnel that led to the cave. Dipper bit his lip nervously, and slipped in after her. Walking down the dark tunnel carefully, they finally reached a large cave. It had an underground river in it, and bats were hanging from the cave's ceiling. Bright, glowing mushrooms of every color were growing out of the ground, creating light. "So...what do you think?" Brooke asked, grinning at a Dipper. He was looking around, completely amazed. "It's amazing, that's one thing." He murmured.

As they walked into the cave Mabel dropped her bag off against the walls. She finally saw the part of the cave Brooke wanted to show them and her mouth dropped open again. "T-this... It's amazing!' she said in awe. "How did you find it?"

Brooke nodded at Mabel. "It used to be a cavern people went into, but everybody was freaked out because of the bats. They ended up closing it down, but these bats are literally next to harmless." She explained, climbing onto a large rock. Gently poking a bat's forehead, it opened its eyes, and gently began nibbling her finger.

"They're so cute!" Mabel squealed, holding her hand out to one of the bats. "How did you find this place?"
