Animine watches him come closer too her. Why? Then she heard someone fall flat behind her. Oh. "Yeah, thanks" she smirked slightly at him.

He grinned, although it was hard to tell from behind the gag. He tried to swing his arms around. A little help? he gestured to where his arms were tied together with his head.

She nodded. "Oh, of course." And got ridnof all of the things binding him. "Better?"

"Yes. Thank you." He gave her a look of disbelief. "I'm terribly sorry. I'm pretty sure this wasn't in your job description. I don't get kidnapped very often. Or, other than right now, ever."

"No, dont worry. Mybpleasure to help you." She smiled.

He looked down at where ne of the men were laying unconscious and poked him wit the toe of his shoe. "I wonder why they would want me," he breathed.

"Well, you are the mayor."she shrugged.

"I don't know....It still doesn't seem like I'm important enough to be kidnapped, just for being the mayor." he took a step bac. "Anyway. Thank you for your help."

"Honestly. No problem." She smiled. "I trust you can get home without being kidnapped?"

He grinned. "Yeah. Hopefully." He glanced at her. This whole thing seemed so familiar. "...How about you? Can you keep yourself out of trouble?" he asked with a grin.
