"Don't! I'm too tall for a woman, ginger, freckled and I say too much." She sighed.

"Yes, you are beautiful!" he snapped. "I am jealous of you! I always wanted to be a ginger!"

[lil28]

"You always wanted to be ginger?" She asked in surprise.

[tricks]

"Yes!" he said in annoyance. "Ten bodies, and not one of them has ginger hair!" He pointed to his head. "I'm just...brown. Boring."

[lil28]

"Oh, you shouldn't hate boring. Boring's nice, it means you're harder to target." She smirkes, ruffling his hair.

[tricks]

He smirked as she ruffled his hair, closing his eyes automatically like a child being dried off. "I guess it works to my advantage, then."

[lil28]

"Yes, it does. But you keep waiting, perhaps one of your bodies will be ginger." She smiled.

[tricks]

He opened his eyes. "I'll try to keep this one for a while, though. Other than the hair, I like it," he said thoughtfully. Jake twirled past him. Doctor caught him by the collar before he could hit the wall. "Had a couple drinks?" he guessed. Jake nodded sheepishly. Doctor let him go. "Don't break anything."

"You truly are treating him like a child." She giggled.

"Well, he's acting like one," he responded, watching Jake nearly fall over as he stumbled through the crowd.
