Devin gently laid a hand on her shoulder. "You really care for him don't you?" He asked.

Alistair fled as he shifted into his dragon form and flew off.

She turns looking at the king now. She knew that is she tried to speak, it would only result in her crying. So she merely nods.
Lancelot
" coward!", he called, watching him go.

Alistair didn't care.

Devin nodded. "Xavier sacrificed himself for your safety..." He spoke.

[Baelixx]

Lancelot
He looks back at his men now, the guards on the ground now. Nodding his head, they made seize to the castle.
Kylane
She inhaled sharply as the tears pool over now. He was... gone?

Devin rubbed her back gently.

Most of the men just put their wives and kids behind them as Lancelot and his men entered the castle.

Kylane
"But....", she said, trying to think what she could do... but sacrifice.. meant he was... gone.
Lancelot
He fought fiercely along with the others.

A lot of the people just stepped back and let Lancelot and his men through. They didn't protest.

"He may still be alive..." Devin spoke.

he kept leading, now on his way to the throne room.
Kylane
She looks at him and wipes at her eyes. " He may?"

"He may depending on if Lancelot and he men got there on time." Devin spoke.

There were men in the throne room sharing coffee and looking over documents.

Kylane
Her eyes flash with hope. "I have to go...", she says. She had to make sure that he was alright. That he was alive.
Lancelot
He sent the other men into the throne room as he went to the dungeons to find Xavier...
