He sighed deeply as he stood on top of the base and leaned against one of the short pillars sticking out of it, he winced as he touched his swollen cheek "Man Ireally done it this time I should have actually tried to learn in medic school instead of zoning out or drawing" he thought "and maybe I could have at least healed the injured red and blue team"

"But...if I would have never suggested...that we go after the Reds, then none of you...would have ever gotten hurt." I mumble, shaking my head. "I'm so sorry. I mean...look at your...jaw. It's, like...split in half. And my leg is...broken...and then Tucker....is Tucker..." I cough and then close my eyes, taking a deep breath. "Let's just...go back...home." I whimper and I lay my head over on Tex.

Tucker laughed. "duude. Don't be sappy. I'm fine, Tex is fine. You're just being a ba-" He stopped himself, seeing Tex death glare him. "Okay, okay. YES CHURCH, YOU'RE FORGIVEN." He said loudly. Tex rolled her eyes and walked inside Blue Base. She brang Church upstairs, then set him down in his bed and walked out without even saying anything.

I close my eyes and take a deep breath, feeling myself move forward and upward, up the stairs. I wince when she sets me down on the bed, having to gnaw at my own lip for not screaming. "Thanks..." I wince again, watching Tex move out of the room silently. I blink after her, yelping a little.

Donut

"Good." I cast another warm smile over to him before gently beginning to scoot closer to him, learning my throat a little. Why was I blushing so hard? Could I...was I...am I...attracted to Caboose. No! Pfft! Of course not! I'm not... I sigh inwardly to myself, beginning to shake the whole thought out of my mind before bouncing up and down again, rejoicing in my normal hyper self. "Alright, truth or dare?"

Tex stopped at the doorway. Was he.. Yelping? Ugh, he's pathetic. He's a spartan, a super badass space warrior! A broken leg shouldn't even hurt him. "What?" She turned around. "What do you need?" She frowned.

Doc! "Nothing." I shake my head. "I was just going to take a nap." I say slowly. Why the heck is she getting all defensive! I'd like to see her reaction with a broken leg! "Thank...you?" I whisper, not really sure if she was in the mood for much gratitude.

"Umm," Caboose hummed as he tried to decide, eyes rolling up towards the ceiling as if it would have the answer. "Truth..no..dare..no..truth..no..okay, yes, truth." he decided after a few minutes of arguing with himself, turning himself to face Donut before sitting criss-crossed and folding his hands in his lap patiently.

"Truth?" I question with a blink, suddenly feeling really, really hot. I shuffle around under the covers for a few minutes before smiling nervously. I'm so...freaking...nervous. I. Don't. Know. Why! "Uh..." I comb my brain trying to think of a question to ask him. I bite my lip nervously until I draw blood, licking it clean, but it still trickling to my fingers, hands up to my mouth. "Ow!" I mumble. "Alright, Caboose." I clear my throat. "Do you...have a crush on anyone?" I blurt.

Tex shrugged. "You're welcome." She said flatly and went back downstairs. Tucker looked at the stairs, then at Tex. "If you bug him I will kill you." Tex snapped. "He needs rest." Tucker nodded and backed away.
