He held Jeremy close " Honey , shhh . That old man isnt here to touch you and if he does . I will personally beat him with a stick " he growls protectivly .

Jeremy nodded, calming down slightly. Then Jinx ran up to the group, panting.
"Oh thank god you're alright!" she exclaimed, seeing Jeremy and Hanji. "I made a horrible mistake! At least it didn't affect anything, you must have gotten out before Kotei got there..."
Jeremy looked up at her. "Kotei was there."
Jinx paled.

Hanji

He gets up , the imp was very very angry " Excuse me ? Kotei is probably torn apart ... That monster with mouths almost killed us all " his voice wasnt loud . It was dense and quiet but had the power of a raging storm. He pulls Jinx over roughly " Kotei would be dead by now . Thanks to you "

"I-I forgot..." Jinx whispered, tearing up. She buried her face in Hanji's chest, starting to sob. She obviously wasn't that ashamed of crying in front of strangers. "I forgot he would d-do that, I forgot..."

Kotei

The boy broke out with all of his limbs again , but still had some bad scrapes and bites " Smiles ?" His voice was very pained

Hanji

He held Jinx softly and let her tears sprawl all over his olive skinned chest with new bright scars on it " they ripped my kidney out . Sorry Mike . " the imp looks back

Smiles looked back, seeing Kotei. He ran over to him, helping the boy up off the ground. Smiles's mouths snapped at Kotei, trying to bite him again, so Smiles dropped the boy. That was when Smiles realized that he had hurt Kotei. That was why his mouths were trying to eat him. He backed up, shaking his head, then ran for the forest.

Jeremy leaned against Mike, his headaches starting to come back. He didn't realize they were associated with Smiles, so he didn't tell anyone. If Hanji could suffer through getting his kidney taken out, he could suffer through a few headaches.

Kotei

He stumbled after the creature , soon falling unconscious in a clearing .

Kenomi

" GET AWAY BEFORE I KILL SOMEONE !" The demon shouted angrily . She shoved Mike and Jeremy away , her features becoming very clear that she did not kid around " GO !"

"Come on..." Jinx had finished crying. She knew this was Smiles's pond, he'd be coming back soon. She grabbed Jeremy's hand, more concerned about him. Smiles wouldn't outright attack Mike. That wasn't his way. Jeremy on the other hand, had taken the potion, as did Hanji. "All of you, come on!"

Hanji

He had been already walking away " Of course . Demons aren't ones i like to be around . Very dangerous creatures " he states looking back at Jinx .

Mike

He quietly followed the group .

"H-he's not a demon..." Jinx wasn't sure if Hanji was talking about Smiles or Kenom, but she would defend her friend at all costs. Jeremy stumbled along, reaching out for Mike's hand, looking for some comfort.
