Giving the sylveon a peck to the cheek, Ray then said," I'll see you soon. And I love you too."

Pixi gave a quick nod, then turned to enter the infirmary.

Grace's ears drooped down after hearing the news and the story behind Jimmy's death. She looked down at her paws as her eyes started to water but she held the tears back. No use for tears, they won't help anyone. So, she went of to help out the other nurses that could use more paws.

"Wake up," Sync heard a voice hiss at him when he stirred. "Wake up, for Arceus's sake!" Pangori pulled him up to his feet, glaring at him. "You have lied to me... Slaughter was here, and you did nothing. Why?"

Sync shook himself, almost falling over. "I could not just kill him. He does not need to die!" He shivered, backing down as Pangori growled at him.

"It is your mistake! You can't return to the gang if you don't fix it. BUt you are weak!" Pangori roared. She smiled wickedly before using both Charm and Captivate. "But that is alright. I can help you now."

Sync shivered, hating the use of the two moves. "Amanda, don't do this." He winced as Pangori raked her claws across his face, drawing blood.

"You have no right to call me by that name anymore!" She hissed. "Now, Sam, relax. We just need to do one thing to make all this better. And we both know what it is."

Sync shivered, but was unable to move, now frozen by the effect of the move. He had betrayed her. He needed to do something to fix it. Sync shook his head. That was the spell working on him. It always made him feel strange. The combination made him doubt himself, aiming only to help Pangori. "Amanda," He whimpered.

"Shh... No more talking," Pangori said sweetly, brushing against Sync. He made a slight strangled sound as he tried to finish his statement before falling silent. "Now, we just need to fix a single mistake. One thing to make this all better. Pangori almost sang the words as she brushed her tail under Sync's chin. "We just need you to kill Zack. And then you can claim your spot by my side again. Won't that be nice?"

Sync's eyes diluted, no longer focusing properly. Pangori backed away, smiling. Sync was now completely under her spell. "Now then, return to your new CLAN," She sneered. "Act normal. But when you get the chance..." She smiled and drew a claw over her neck.

Sync shook is head, his eyes returning to normal. He smiled weakly and turned, walking back towards the clan.

Enelya slowly made her way back to camp with Kotai on her back, the Espeon smiling up at the Poochyena who just kept on observing the surroundings. Ever since the death of Jimmy the pup was a tad bit phased yet he still had his usual antics.
She looked around and noted something, "Oi... Slaughter. Where are you, you better not be playing hide and seek."
Kotai's ears perked up, "If he is can I join in?"

"Boo!" Slaughter giggled, jumping up from a bush. "If you were an enemy, how dead would you be?" The small black eevee asked, grinning madly. He looked up at Kotai. "I see you are feeling better now." He shook his head. "Ow... Zack is giving me a headache..." He looked around "What happened here? Did we miss a battle?" He looked at the varying levels of destruction. He frowned. "Why did they not wait for us?"

Enelya squinted her eyes for a moment in thought as she looked around, "I think that they couldn't go ahead with it. If they waited they might've been attacked first which is even worse...." She muttered while placing Kotai on the ground.
The Poochyena nodded and bounced up while limping on his hind leg. "I feel so much better!" He looked up at Slaughter "Though I must say you're so different than a normal Eevee, sir."

Slaughter looked at the Poochyena. Had it called him sir? He was just about the same size as it was... "Um, yeah, I'm not a normal eevee. I can't evolve either..." Slaughter sighed. "That kind of sucks. Being an Umbreon would be cool..." Slaugh shook himself. "And Zack disagrees..." He looked up at Enelya. "What's wrong?"
