"Better. But, still sad. Living in Bec and Nathan's house helps. But the nightmares they have and everything. It's hard," she sighed.

Aidan sighed. "I bet," he said.

She sighed. "I miss them, more than anyone could imagine," she said.

She looked up, wiping her eyes.

Dimka laid on his bed, Hus knees up and Sophia against them. He was playing with her, smiling. "Daddy's little lady bug," he crooned. "Are you happy, little lady bug?" He started calling her that when he'd found her a ladybug pajama set a few months ago.

Aidan hugged her. "I know how you feel," he said.

Sofie squealed giggling. She loved her daddy and the two had such a sweet bond. She looked at her pajamas. "Ug!"

"Yeah, you're my little lovely lady bug," he said and tickled her belly. "You're so silly!"

Sofia squealed squirming. She had light sandy brown hair that was in tight curls at the drape of her neck. She looked a lot like Keylee did as a child.
