Grim swiftly sat down next to me, his knees up to his chest so his cloak wasn't in the water. He looked at me with his eyes shining. "Good morning, Naomi."

I looked over at him and smiled happily. "Good morning, Grim." I leaned against him. "You doing good?"

Grim blushed. "Y-yeah. Actually, I am." He whispered, then rubbed my back softly, not meeting my gaze. His eyes were shining but his cheeks were rosy red.

I set my head to his shoulder. A slight blush came to my cheeks. "Well that's good to know." A nodded softly. "You know... When we first met you kinda scared me." I admitted softly. "But... You're actually really sweet." I looked up at him, smirking. "Despite the fact that you're a mass murderer and that you're in, like, every fairy tail as a villain... But... I think I can get over that."

He laughed softly. "Yeah... I wish I wasn't a mass murderer. But... You've really changed my life, Naomi."

"For the better...?" I asked him softly. I let my smirk turn into a smile. "I still don't understand how you fell for someone like me." I let out a laugh. "I mean, I'm not all that special."

"Are you kidding?! You-You're perfect!" He exclaimed, then, realizing what he'd said his eyes slowly got wide, and he just stared at me, face bright red.

I blushed; however, my eyes shinned. "You think so? Well thank you." I gave him a hug. "Since we're passing around the compliments I feel obliged to tell you that you're super cool, handsome, sweet, and that you hand out the best compliments ever." I let out a quiet laugh.

"A-a-ah..." Grim blushed deeper. "U-uh...." He looked down at his fists. "T-thank you..."

I nodded softly. "You don't have to answer if you don't want to, Grim. Your stuttering is cute though." I backed up some, my smile widening. "And it's my pleasure for handing out the compliments."
