Lupine jumped back, though he still got hit a little. He growled and jumped at him.

The guy slashed at him again, "we just came for Fortune. And then we will be off." Toast stared at him, "I don't want to go! I want to stay!" He teared up. The wolf growled at him. Toast glanced at the ground.

Lupine glanced at Toast then glared at them. He moved over though bleeding slightly "What do you mean?" He asked

"Fortune has another home somewhere far away." The guy said. "You guys perform experiments on me!" Toast teared up and hugged Lupine. The wolf growled at him.

Lupine simply glared at them "I could care less about his home. He lives here now" he said flatly

"Oh alright then. Come master. We shall find the one that's most important to them." He turned and walked away. The wolf growled at them, then followed him. "No way! You're not going to lay a hand on her!" Toast ran after them.

Lupine ran after them as well

They just disappeared. Toast stared at the ground.

Lupine clenched his hands into fists "Great....look what you have done" he growled staring at the ground
