She drank the last of her cocoa. "Oh yes, because the crew is going to ditch the most important member..", she said with a smile and stood, throwing away her trash in the garbage can nearby before offering a hand to him. "Well come on then.."

James from where he sits tosses his empty cup into the garbadge. "Yes," he teases, "One never knows." the wolf insists cheerfully as he too stands. Gold eyes flash laughter as he takes her hand, becoming more human, "Do lead the way."

She smiled brightly and started to walk to the bookshop, just around the corner. "Are you going to get a book too?", she asked, looking at him. Almost there...

"I believe that i shall borrow yours when you are done, and when we get to the Isle, i have a stack of new ones, so no, not this time i think." he answers. James however would pick up a few for gifts to the others. The wolf smiles as they walk.

She smiled softly and walked with him, up to a small little bookshop on the corner. "Oh, I gotcha... don't worry, I am a quick reader...", she said brightly, opening the door for him. "Hmm, you'll have to help me pick out a few.. I am very indecisive.."

James raises an eyebrow and then smiles, "Your wish is my command." he pretends to be a genie in answer. Into the gloomy shop he goes, the dark no problem for him as he looks through the shelves.

She laughed softly, looking at him. "alright genie.", she said, her eyes now scanning over the many books upon the shelves, reading the titles...

"Cant judge a book by its title you know." tells James from her shoulder after a while of looking in the shadows - he has hopes to make her jump.

"Yeah, but I can get an Idea...", she said, her tongue sticking out slightly from the corner of her mouth as she read. Her eyes rested on a thick, red covered book and she pulled it from the shelf, flipping to the prologue to read a bit...

James inaudiably sighs, why could he never scare her? After a bit, "How is it?" is asked her softly inreguards the book.
