just finished Desolation of Smaug, it was kinda disappointing Dx there were some good parts though for sure xD ))

I think the issue with The Hobbit movies is that the producers focused too much on making money. Fact is, three movies bring in more cash than two. But you gotta have a storyline that is suitable for a triology. The Hobbit is based on a single book. LOTR was something entirely different, they could easily have filled 5 movies with that plot because the story was so long and detailed and suspenseful, it held enough content. But in The Hobbit they've made all these movies without having quite enough content to fill them, so it feels like it drags on and on and on. I still like the movies, but in comparison to LOTR they're a bit...long-winded? Not sure how to describe it actually. o.o ))

Yes exactly Magi xD and it looks so fake, like so much more fairy tale type fantasy whereas LOTR was a cooler, more realistic fantasy ))

I also do not approve of how much screen time Alfrid, Taruiel [?], and Legolas got >.> Like they weren't even mentioned like this in the book. And the love triangle omg, I about freaking killed someone >.< AND PETER JACKSON DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY CHRIS DOESN'T WANT HIM MAKING THE SILMARILLION INTO A MOVIE
