Doctor- Oh, yeah... *walks over to Derpy and puts his hoof on her shoulder* ANYWAY! Back to the explanation: I noticed that there was a scattering wire on the inner wall of the cell, clumsily uncovered, and me, the clever boy I am, though 'if I could get that to receive the signal of the TARDIS I could contact it directly via the space-time vortex'. So, I set the screwdriver to the TARDIS' frequency and summoned it from the ether! Thereby saving us. *takes a breath* Tadaaaah!
