Davros- Do you not concider that these risks may be for the greater good? The God of all Daleks has a complex plan to achieve an ultimate goal, one that all Daleks trust in. Furthermore, if the Empress falls, what of the Cult of Equestria? Do you think that Dalek Supreme would make a better leader than her?
