He flinched as his side started healing and struggled up.

She growled at him and walked over to the start line, wiping blood off her arm, it was still bleeding.

He shook off the pain and crouched, ready to go.

"Alright,come on." He walked over to the dummies. "You're going to practice aerial attacks. Get up on those," he pointed to some eight foot obstacles. "And use this," he handed him a wooden sword, "To eliminate them."

He didn't nod but looked up at the dummies before backing up to get a running start, jumping up five before flipping into his back and grabbing the leg of one of them with his feet, swinging back and stabbing it's torso.

He focused ahead as the flag was lowered and he started running again.
