Zeph stood. "Keep your eyes peeled. They're out for blood."

He could almost feel the fear around her and grabbed her hand, pulling her along. "It's OK, it'll be different this time." He promised.

Claws

He scowled and stood, looking around. "Where should we start?"

Tii bit her lip and nodded, doing all she could to keep from bolting. ( poor little thing! XD )

Zeph

Zeph drew a sword. "Let's try the alleys."

Switch Blade

They got to the last alley before the docks and he peered out at all the boats before ducking back in. "We should stay here for now." He whispered.

Claws

He nodded agreement and walked quietly into the alleyways.

Tii nodded. "Good plan." She said quickly, then ducked down into a shadowy corner and pulled her knees up to her chest, not at all looking forward to getting on a boat.

Zeph

Zeph led the way, looking for sighns of life.

He heard something suddenly and froze, listening. "Tii." He whispered as quietly as possible. "We need to go...now."

Claws

He stayed alert for any noise in the alley.

Tii's eyes flashed with fear, but she nodded.

Zeph

Zeph heard something up ahead and kept his hand near the button on his Scorpion.

He fought sight of Zeph and Claws and tried not to gasp. He motioned at them to Tii before climbing silently onto a high roof to get a better look, telling her to stay down.

Claws

He heard it too and looked in that direction.

Tii stayed put.

Zeph

Zeph saw an Everteen on a nearby roof. "There!" He pointed.

His head whipped around when he heard Zeph shout and he froze, locking eyes on him.

Claws

He almost looked up then caught himself. "Remember not to look at him!" He said and ran over to the roof.
