He limped halfway to the door then his knees gave out and he stumbled forward, making it out the door.

Tii pulled him back up and steadied him.

Ivy looked up from her cell and saw them escaping. "Take me with you!" She whispered. "Please! I have some friends, if we all work together, we can get away!" She pleaded.

He nodded his thanks to Tii then looked at the girl uncertainly, she could secretly be trained. "I don't know, we don't have much time.." he glanced at Tii.

Ivy showed them her torn up arms and motioned down at her thin frame. "Even if I wanted to hurt you, I couldn't! Please! Don't leave us here!" There were several younger Everteens in the cell with her.

Tii sighed. "She's right. We're a bigger threat when we're a large group."

He knew what they were going through but shook his head, he hated groups, hated having to watch over more then himself and Tii. "I-we just can't." he said with regret and turned to the door.

Tii sighed. "Alright then..." She said, then paused. "If you don't want to be in a group, then get ready to run." She said, the grabbed the keys and tossed them through the bars to Ivy. She then turned and followed Switch out the door.

"Thank you!" She breathed, tears running down her cheeks.

He steed in disbelief for a moment then followed her out. "They're only going to be a problem, theyll notice us a lot easier." he muttered.

He wait for Ivy then reached for the keys desperately.

"We'll be gone long before they realize it. By the time they realize there's a breakout, they'll be too busy with the mass quantity of Everteens swarming the place that they won't even notice we're gone." She said as they picked up speed.

Ivy got her chains off and started on the next Everteen.
