"Thank you" Red said, dipping her head to eat her piece of the rat. "What do you think, fish or rats? Personally, I'd say fish, but then again rats are all right." Red licked her muzzle as she finished her rat and brushed some of the remaining mud off her leg.

Zuri paused from eating his rat to answer the question. "Defiantly fish I rarely eat anything but fish." He said quietly as he finished off the rat licking the blood off his paws and muzzle. "So where is your den?" He asked wondering how far it was since she have him a rather vague answer.

"Well, my current den is a little bit off from the lake, away from the river. It's an old badger's den, I think. I wasn't planning on staying long so I am staying there for the time being. May need a little touch up if I'm staying till Autumn though." Red pointed in the general direction with her paw. "Over there somewhere"

No doubt I'll be down at the lake again in the morning. Maybe I'll catch you there" she said, rising to her paws and edging towards her den, or the general direction of it.

"Okay well I'll probably be either there or by the river!" He said happily before dashing off in the direction of his den. Once he was there he quickly walked in with a yawn and curled up soon falling asleep.

In the morning zuri yawned as he slowly walked out side and stretched out. He remembered red said that she would be down by the lake so he decided he would go to the lake instead of the river. Zuri slowly strolled towards the lake still half asleep.

Red stretched as she got up to leave her den. Her fur was covered in twigs which must have fallen in during the night before. "Great, I'll have to go clean these of now" she muttered to herself as she padded off towards the lake.

Zuri eventually got to the lake he glanced around for red but she wasn't there yet so he dived into the water to go fishing for breakfast. He planed on getting two fish but not everything always goes as planned.
