Mwk 1x1 with Nightstar^..^

[Nightstar^..^]

"Just listen out for them. They're bound to be causing a fuss" Red nodded, following Zuri. "Should probably get something to eat, too"

"Prove it!" Ebony said, nudging Fawn gently and hopping off into the bushes. "I'll watch you from here"

[Gerbilnutter]

"Of course just follow the sounds of destruction." Zuri said softly as he started to walk. "Yeah we should what do you want?" He asked as he glanced over at Red.

"Okay then." Was all Fawn said before silently sneaking into the bushes to watch the deer in the clearing. She spotted a fawn with it's mother and thought that if she split them up the young deer should be easy prey. Fawn slowly moved closer to the pair unfortunately her bright colours almost instantly gave her away but luckily they happened to be stood under a tree and what were the chances that the deer would look straight up. She quickly climbed the tree now quite good since her mother taught her how quite early on. Soon she was above the pair lingering over the fawn. Hopefully if she jumped correctly she would land on top of the young deer and scare the mother off at the same time. Fawn cautiously pounced of the branch landing on the Fawn below her but the mother didn't run in fact she did the compete opposite and started head butting Fawn with angry snorts.

[Nightstar^..^]

"Ooo, there's plenty of berries around. Do you want some berries?" Red asked, looking around the bushes for any ripe berries.

"FAWN!" Ebony yelled, running out from the bushes, yapping at the deer. "Fawn, run, RUN!" she said before leaping at the mother deer, trying to bite her ankles and make her run.

[Gerbilnutter]

"Okay berries are always nice you've got to enjoy them while they are still around." Zuri said happily as he followed Red letting her check for berries since he didn't really care what she chose.

"I'm fine.. I'm fine quickly bite her neck while she's distracted." Fawn mumbled before doing exactly that to the younger deer underneath her. It was obvious all she was thinking about was food even thought she'd just jumped out of a tree squashed a fawn and was now being attacked by it's mother.

[Nightstar^..^]

"There's some blackberries here" Red said, nibbling at a few blackberries. "I could have sworn there was a strawberry bush here somewhere"

Ebony nodded and jumped up, grabbing the mother deer's neck in her jaws and clawing at her back, trying to get her to fall down.

[Gerbilnutter]

Zuri weaved in and out a few bushes before noticing that there was a strawberry bush. One side had been stripped some neatly nibbled off the bush leaving the green stalk others just plucked of and by the looks of it thrown around. "Red it's over here and I think I know where Ebony and Fawn are.. We won't be needing berries." Zuri said as he glanced straight through to the clearing where he could see his daughters fighting a deer.

Once Fawn was sure the deer underneath her was dead she quickly bit into it's mothers back leg in hope that it would help Ebony bring it down quicker as she fought back the deers strong kicks.

[Nightstar^..^]

Red looked up from the bush, still nibbling on a few berries. "O, you do?" she asked, padding over to Zuri. "O, there it is. Yep, that would be them"

Ebony fell off the back of the deer, pulling herself back up and nibbling at the deer's ankles, snarling at the deer.

[Gerbilnutter]

"We should go help them they don't seem to be getting too far.." Zuri muttered before running into the clearing scaring any of the remaining deer away. Once he was in front of the struggling mother deer he lunged up and bit down on her neck hoping to prevent her from breathing so she would die or at least pass out.

Fawn struggled to keep her hold on the deer as she kept kicking out but with Ebony's help they managed to keep her still. With Zuri's help the deer started to wobble slightly just a little more and they'd be able to eat.

[Nightstar^..^]

"What's- O dear" Red said, before running out towards the deer, head-butting her in the side with her antlers.

Ebony tugged at the deer, hoping to get her to fall. She groaned at seeing Zuri, knowing that she and Fawn were probably going to get a massive lecture now.

[Gerbilnutter]

Zuri shot a glare at Ebony when she groaned at seeing him but that was quickly forgotten as the deer jolted from the hit of Red's antlers. He let go of the deers neck as it flopped to the ground at least they had plenty of food now. "Now what have I told you about being careful when hunting if you can't kill it easily then run. Look at you Fawn your gonna be all bruised up now so don't come complaining to me about it. Ebony you don't bit at ankles they are to bony not a bough muscle try higher up like the neck or muzzle." Zuri snapped before ripping the fur back and starting to eat.

Fawn just mumbled apologies under her breath as he dad lectured her. He always told Fawn off for getting hurt but just told Ebony how to do what she was doing better."I'm fine dad it'll heal.." She muttered before joining her father as she started to eat.
