Seiko awoke, not realizing that he had been sleeping for so long. He got up and stretched his legs. He trotted out of the alley that he was lounging in. He looked around the town. Cecil and him were both new to the town so he didn't know what would happen. All he knew was that he got transferred here after his last owner had died on the trail. He closed his eyes as he began to remember his team and his musher's face when they all started slipping off the edge. He could still feel the pain of losing everyone. He was so close to them and didn't get judged. Seiko whined a little bit and and shook his head. He knew that he would never find a team like them again, he would never get that close to anyone again. He didn't want to get hurt. He shook his head again and opened his eyes. He started walking through the town to check out what was going on.
Cecil was in the alley still, she was laying on her back, rolling in the snow covered ground. She saw Seiko walk past the alley. She knew something was wrong with him when she saw his demeanor. She rolled back over onto her stomach and watched him pass. She stood and decided to follow him. She knew what was bothering him but she also knew that she couldn't do anything about it. So trotted out of the alley, a few paces behind Seiko. She just realized that she arrived in the town that night before and never actually got a very good look at those around and the town that she would be living in. She stopped and sat to take in her surroundings for a minute.
(Letting you all know, Cecil and Seiko are brother and sister, for the sake of this RP)
