"Sure, whatever. And tell him he should come see me later." He said. He shut his eyes again and leaned back. His breathing was a little heavier than normal from the effort it took to talk. He wanted to argue with her so much. Show her how she's wrong, but it would only hurt him both physically and emotionally in the end so he decided not to waste his breath.

"I can't unless you want me to stop talking." He said and groaned again. Boy, talking hurt. But he smirked in his pain, she remembered, she had come to her senses after all. Maybe the girl he had loved was back again. Using his uninjured arm he pulled her close and kissed her. It took effort and hurt to have the weight of another person on him but it was worth it.

He felt guilty. He was mentally preparing a speech. He was going to do it. He was going to break up with her, she wasn't right for him if he always thought of how there had been a her and Colton. He had seen how good they were for each other, how she had acted before.

"We do.. Let me go first. I want to break up. We aren't right for each other. If I'm honest with myself I know you love Colton more. You two are meant for each other and I'm not going to get in between that. I still like you a lot, but I want you to have a chance to be truly happy, and you can't, not with me but with him.
