Jennifer nodded softly. "Bye." She said softly. She kissed him quickly.

I kissed her back and went inside to grab my coat.

Jennifer began to think about what she was going to do today. She thought about going to see Jake and apologise to him.

"Love you!" I said, walking out the door.

Jennifer smiled. "Love you too!" She called.

I got into the truck and drove to Ricky's place.

Jennifer wandered back to the cafe. She was glad to see it open but when she walked in she froze in her place already regretting it. Holly was there.

I wiped the sweat that dripped off of my forehead. I was cleaning an attic for a couple who was moving and it was at least three thousand degrees up there.

[Jenny,]

Jennifer tried to make her way through the cafe without Holly seeing her but just as she got to Jakes office she heard. "Well, well, well who do we have here?" Holly asked. Jennifer walked into Jakes office seeing him sitting there staring out the window. She wanted to say something but her mind had a blank and she didn't know what to say.

I handed Ricky a heavy box, my breathing uneven. "If I don't switch with you, I'm going to die." Ricky laughed and switched places with me.
