Rin pulled a batch of cookies out of the oven.

Len walked into the house, holding a bag. "I'm home!"

"Daddy!"

[Balsam]

"Hello dear."

'What's in the bag?' Meowstic ran over to him. She looked inquisitive.

[warlord.]

"Candy for Absence."

Absence ran over to him and took the bag. "Thankie!"

[Balsam]

'I was hoping it was some catnip... Oh well.'

The little Eevee, now looking slightly less thin, ran over to Absence. It made a pitiful begging noise.

[warlord.]

"I can get you some catnip next time."

Absence took out a bag of gummy fish from the bag, opened the bag of candy, and set it on the ground.

[Balsam]

'Thank you. .... Oh my. I just remembered.... You should see the gift Miku and Ring got for Rin.'

The Eevee squeaked happily and ate the gummy fish.
