Ring had helped him look. She grabbed the stone and stood up.

Len took it. "..." he threw it on the ground.

The stone and, at the same time, mirror shattered, accompanied by an agonized howl. The only thing missing was Rin.

Assistance looked at him.

Not a moment later, someone fell onto Len, knocking him over. This someone had recently cut blonde hair, inquisitive blue eyes like a child's, and pointed ears. The defining feature was the treble clef necklace, swaying sadly without its bass clef partner.
