Jacob held his hand an sighed. After getting sammy to his treatment jacob talked to the doctor about everything calmly. Once yhe surgery was finalized she had to tell er son ten he would go in a hour,

Lee: *she jumped slightly, glaring at Cas* can't you take care of it Castiel? *she asked him, she hated when he just poofed in it did frighten her some.* and besides I don't want to discuss any of that in front of the twins *she said, noticing the Twins were watching curiously.*

Sam: *he held Sammy as Jacob and the doctor spoke.*

Jacob walked in, "sammy.... Baby.... Your gonna have to go into sirgry for your condition. But dont be scared baby...."

Cas frowned "no, i was cut off from hevan"

Lee: *she sighed softly. she knew it couldn't wait though she wished it could, she just got Dean back and she didn't want to even think about losing him.*
