''Goodmorning,'' Aang said, relaxing his shoulders before walking into the room. ''It's breakfast, silly. I made it for you.'' He spoke softly. Aang placed the table over Taeru's legs, making sure it didn't slip off the bed and fall to the floor. Leaning down, he kissed her cheek and smiled warmly.''Enjoy. I'll be in the living room if you need me.'' He told her before walking out of the room. He sat down on the couch and pulled the tiny little red box out of his pocket, opening it to make sure what was held inside it was safe and sound.

Taeru looked a bit shocked as she watched him walk out of the room she had wide, but warm eyes. Arghh, he's too sweet, she thought as she mucnhed on the breakfast, looking carefully at the rose and grinning. As tasty as it was, she tried to eat quickly because she wanted to just run downstairs and cling to him like a kid.
With the last tasy bite, she quickly got up, threw on a loose, light jumper that almost reached her knees and softly ran downstairs. Taeru peeped through the doorway, she could see Aang's back,
''Thank you'' she said, out of breath. ''It was the nicest breakfast I've had since I left'' she giggled.

Aang heard Taeru's voice and shoved the box into his pocket. He chuckled and walked closer to Taeru. ''Anything for you, Taeru.'' He said warmly, grabbing both or her hands and swinging them out and in. ''I've got the whole day planned out. It's just you and me.'' He told her.

Taeru stared in awe noticing Aang's never-ending affection, especially these last few days, as she felt the warmth of his palms she grinned saying ''I'm sure whatever you've planned, we will have so much fun!'' -it was hard to contain her happiness. Life was sweet, and she was happy~

Taeru rushed upstairs then, leaving Aang on the couch as she called behind her ''Gime me five minutes!'',
Clumsy and drowsy, her eyes darted around the room trying to spot her clothes. She pulled them on out of breath and after getting dressed she blushed at herself in the mirror as she tidied her bun...- she was a glowing mess.

She then quickly and carefully ran downstairs,tripping, almost into Aang's arms and looked up embarassed,
''So where to?'' she laughed.

Aang caught Taeru in his arms, laughing along with her. ''Well, I was thinking we could go out for lunch, then do something else, then end the day with a dinner?'' He asked her, still hold Taeru in his arms.

''That sounds amazing'' Taeru said surprised, and pecked him on the cheek.

They got ready, as Aang grabbed his car keys and she fixed her hair again. They set out- the early September weather cool and inviting.
Taeru had no idea where exactly they were going, but her heart fluttered with excitement and she couldn't help but stare at Aang with suspicious and playful eyes.

Before Aang got into the car, he stuffed his hand in his pocket and checked to make sure it was still there.

The two sat outside in the sun, at the tiny sandwich shop downtown. The noises from the city buzzed around them, but it was comforting, being able to do what they always did before Taeru left. ''How are you feeling? You know, any pains?'' Aang asked cautiously, wanting to make sure that Taeru was alright before they did anything else.

Taeru nodded happily and reassuringly, ''everything is great'' she smiled putting her head on his shoulder, the tips of his fair tickling her forehead and she closed her eyes as the sun blurred her vision.

Taeru took another big bite out of the familliar and tasty snadwitch, then laughed quietly looking up and seeing Aang with his mouth full, ''are you alright?'' she asked, still chewing ''you seem quiet today'' -her voice naive and concerned.
