Thanks," Ethan nodded "Who's Zane?" he tried to say it nonchalantly, but you could still hear the intensity in his voce.

Nella walked into the parlor and gulped. She never thought Rex would let her do it! Or else she never would've brought it up.......

(When I first made Cocoa up, I thought she and Nella could have telekinisis, but it's kinda late for that:/ )

Alex stopped, her back turned to him in mid-strife. "How do you know about, Zane?" She asked softly, her voice wavering, refusing to turn around.

"Your phone," he nodded towards it "But he won't tell me how you guys know eachother. Said to ask you....?" he let his voice trail off.

Alex's voice was low, a soft and light whisper. "You were talking to him?" She asked softly, placing her hand on the door frame for stability.

Ethan shook his head "Wasn't much of a conversation, though...." he mumbled

"I suppose he's an old friend of mine..." Alex murmered, her ears flattened against her head.

Alex sighed, "We used to play together alot when we were kids...my mom would always say that we were going to be friends forever...but as life usualy is, nothing lasts longer than a few years..." She whispered softly, her voice cracking. "My brother and him were good friends as well, so on the day of the crash, he took my mom's side with everything that was happening. He said I wasn't the same anymore, avoided me, forced me through therapy...the whole time I hated him more and more...until finally, I gave up and let someone else rule my life rather than me struggling." Alex said, glancing back at him. "That's about it, so good night." She said softly, walking into her room and shutting the door behind her.

Alex laid down on her bed, turning into a wolf. The storm stille echoed outside, and she pawed open the door, trotting into Ethan's room and curling up on his bed. She looked over at him, but then closed her eyes, falling asleep.
